A National Mission on Mentoring (NMM) offers individuals to engage in the processes of learning under an experienced professional. To accomplish this goal a large pool of senior/ retired faculty can be selected as potential mentors for mentees. The selected mentors would be utilized for the specific purpose of mentoring students, teachers and school leaders. This would provide an opportunity to network with experts, engage in forums to exchange 'earnings, best practices and disseminate findings across various domains.

A structure of mentoring, therefore, offers a solution to address the existing gaps in decentralized manner. To regulate the functioning of NMM at each level of education structure, different stakeholders/ actors interact with each other to achieve a common goal towards improving the acquisition and transfer of knowledge, skills and mindsets. The main objective is to improve school education system through enhanced leadership in education. This can be achieved through the incorporation of large scale, decentralized technology assisted mentoring structure at different level of education system.

In this regard, a draft document on NMM titled as "Bluebook on Mentoring" has been placed in public domain on 03.11.2021, as a set of guidelines towards creation of a document and platform for National Mission for Mentoring.

NCTE invites inputs, suggestions and feedback on the draft document "Bluebook on Mentoring" from all stakeholders.

Corporates ,govt offices ,education institute may take services of retired staff matching the mentor post ,doing full time mentorship ,and compulsory time alloted for such lectures and activities ,its a grade above human resource dept ,or mentor can be full time working executive post also or may be founder member or from psychratic background also or seprate c o post of mentor ,its similar to coaching ,hr ,ceo ,cfo,co,director ,

A special training need to be given to a person who want to be a mentor ,and a post may be created in education institute ,or govt offices or pvt offices ,similar to human resource with an added edge of experience and knowledge of subject having quality of human resource officer ,based on strength of staff and dept ,mentor need to be in each dept so as to see to it that baton is carried foward smoothly to next gen or next seniority for stability of big corporate, education programme for mentor

A person specialised in a subject ,with a attitude of creating future team for handling said subject ,with a speciality in teaching ability with calmness and able to chanelise aggressive energy of ambitious youth ,may be called as mentor ,like presently education experience of phd or doctorade or executive director or ias officer ,educational staff ,human resource officer ,chief officer ,chief executive officer etc

Please make an artificial intelligence aided application , so that common citizens of reasonable education can make diagnosis of their bodily ailments, and draw out required prescription of medicine. Finally, of course, will be placed before a qualified doctor for final approval under his signature. This will help much in demand doctors, to serve more patients. Many pass out doctors not better than JHOLA--CHAAP doctors.

Dear Pm, all experienced professionals want to contribute to this vibrant democracy till death with some handsome packages & remuneration. a-politicians want to be in power till death. b- judges want to contribute till dementia. c- defence officers want to contribute till old-age & frailty. d- professors, doctors, engineers, Ias,ips,irs, all executives & administrators won't want to give up. They all want to be engaged in mentorship but those who r engaged in real nation building would do so by-

माननीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी  जय भारत  बहोत ही कम शब्दोंमें लिख रहा हूं कि हमारे देश में बहोत से लाइसेंस प्राप्त प्राइवेट फाइनान्स कंपनिया ओर प्राइवेट फाइनान्स बैंक है जो मजबूर ओर ग़रीब लोगों को लालच दिखाकर बिना किसी इन्कम प्रूफ के उच्च दामो से व्यक्तिगत ऋण दे रहे हैं परिणाम स्वरूप ऋण ना चुका पानेकी वजह से आत्महत्या ओ के किस्सों में बढ़ावा हुवा है तो आपसे अनुरोध है कि इन कंपनियों के लिए नियम सख्त बनाये या व्यक्तिगत ऋण की सुविधा खत्म करें                                        जय हिंद

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Please remove Education system from business prospective, Completly take education system as basic necessary of every child in Bharat as per their wish and talent. Provide equal education to every single child in Country so that no one is kept out of justice. even if every child want to do Medical,engineering,science, technology, Historian,journalists country should provide platform to practice wish socity will select the talent. after education.
