A major Problem in agriculture sector is water crisis or drought.Solution of this problem is 1.Soil and Water conservation in agricultural lands by Engineering. measures and Ground water recharge . 2.Irrigation to each piece of land whether by surface canal or by lift irrigation. These solutions can be implemented by well trained AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING people. But its a matter of great pity that Central Govt is neither employing them nor boosting there research work in a great extent.

1.In competencies of officers at different departments of the govt of India, like income Income tax officers who does not have the advance knowledge of income tax issue, which result in generation of black money in country, 2. So such officers must be trained properly & a vigilance mechanism must be there, in order to ensure that they are not corrupt. 3. There must be a public private partnership in income departments, means some officer from Gov & some independent expert must be there.

Respected Modiji, It would be great if you could do something about noise pollution on Indian city roads. Air horns and other shrill horns are indiscriminately used by drivers who wear helmets or are in air-tight glasses. The common people walking on the road have to take all sorts of high-pitched sounds of horns which could damage their hearing. So if you could do something to reduce noise pollution to help the common man who walks on the streets, it would be great. Thank you sir.
