NSQF aligned courses, the job roles are described in QP (qualification framework) but that contradict to various job roles like Electrician in Co struction sector skill council and iron and steel sector. Same way for job role of Data entry operator in various SSC. First club same job role at once. Like Asst. Electrician will get trained in common for all SSC. State specific NSQF course can be aligned with specific job role, but in this way the term NOS should be changed to SOS-State occupation

National skill quality framework is an initiative of MSDE to prepare skilled labour in key sectors at par with global benchmarks. This will help to create productive and competent workforce.Govt should linked every course with little utility in social life.To learn principle and mechanism is not enough unless it is used for welfare of society. So my submission is that all ministry should coordinate to each other about their flagship scheme and prepare a course about it before launching.

National Skill Development Agency should have its body member from different professional fields so that they can understand the need of the present situation. To make India great, we need skilled body and bright minds. Innovation and experimentation should be incouraged instead of just skilling them in old fashion.
