Yes NSDA needs to launch schemes in rural areas to create skills in rising unskilled unemployed youth of rural areas. I live in UK and me and my wife teach Hindi free to children and adults along with many other voluntary teachers. We spend our own money in travelling and take out time from our busy schedules. How long? New generations from India will come here and will decimate Hindi here as well. Indian grow up. Feel proud of Hindi. Modi ji, I would like to see Hindi at the TOP. We are 1.4 billions. Poor people do not have means to go to English schools that charge high fees these days. Even the middle class struggle for that. So if all subjects are in Hindi, the understanding of these subjects will be better to all as Hindi is our natural language. You listen to program in Hindi and you can make out everything without even concentrating on it but you cannot do that with a second language even if you are proficient in it. So promote Hindi. Bring back maths snd science in Hindi.

I am appalled to know the state on Hindi in India. No one seems interested to learn Hindi. Hindi should be made compulsory to pass in each and every class. Only then it will survive otherwise it will be lost in a generation or two. Will we be proud when we will all be speaking English in India. Shame on us. Think about all European nations and our neighbour China. All of them use their native language. No one feels proud by speaking in English. They feel proud in their own native language.

It is not the English that helps but it is the hard work they put in.Start education with क ख ग instead of ABC. Start with ek-do-teen instead of one-two three and see how fast the child learns. They do not have to figure out what a sentence means. They will learn naturally. Poor people generally lack English so cannot go to higher education. Hindi will help the poor and middle class and we will not need any reservations.

The main issue is that everything is in English these days. English is a language that was forced upon as by British and everyone speaking/writing Hindi would get better jobs at that time and will be closer to British so they were proud of that.Since last about 25 years English is being forced upon us by these money-hungry schools. It has gained momentum because all parents want their children to learn English and go into better jobs. How many of them are successful?

This policy for employees people can change if there is part time course in colleges at night that benefit them to update resume. now as a daily bread earner of family they cannot go to colleges due to jobs.

The training program should be made available in their regional language rather than with high level languages that they cannot understand..
