Bihar becomes smart city if it reduces dependency on non renewable source. There should be solar ,wind plants which produce elctricity. There is systematic education by implementing proper methods of teching with no cheating techniques ,sufficient hospitality by opening primary health centres , aganvadi in each colony , central business hub , at least one tree infront of each house .0 percent crime ,digitalise each and every govt. project.employment industrilisation etc.

as a i citizen of bihar sharif..i think first thing to do here..is that a good solid waste management project implimentation needed...and for this people should have to be smart too. traffic and road infrastructure must be improve..of course this is not a eady tast for this city..but can be improve by good project planning and compaigning for awareness among the people.. this will take a time...without these basic improvement we can not imagine a smart city.

Revealing the leftovers of medieval Islamic design of the Gupta era in the form of mosques and tombs, Bihar Sharif portrays the depiction of an active town of rich times of yore. Being intimately linked to Buddha’s life, here lays a trail of pilgrimages. It was the capital of the Pala rulers and contains a 5th century AD Gupta pillar. It is also famous for housing the shrine of Sufi saint Sheikh Sharfuddin Yahya Maneri and Langot fair at Baba Maniram Akhara.
