आदरणीय प्रधानमन्त्री जी, सादर प्रणाम मैं शिवजीत सिंह राघव । २१ वर्ष की उम्र में स्पाइनल कोर्ड इंजुरी के चलते गर्दन से नीचे का शरीर पक्षाघात का शिकार हो गया, आज व्हीलचेयर पर रह कर जीवन जीते हुए ४२ वर्ष हो चुके हैं, और उम्र के ६३ साल गुज़र चुके हैं, पिछले २५ साल से स्पाइनल इन्जुरीज़ सेंटर, दिल्ली में कार्यरत हूँ। आपसे यह साझा करने की इच्छा है कि सब चुनौतियों के बावजूद, बाबा महादेव की कृपा मुझ पर हुई, व्हीलचेयर पर रहते हुए ही 2012 से बाबा काशी विश्वनाथ के दर्शनों से प्रारंभ कर 2022 में बारह ज्योतिर्लिंग और चार धाम यात्रा दो महीने पूर्व ही पूर्ण की है। अपनी इन यात्राओं पर पुस्तक लिख रहा हूँ, उद्देश्य है की व्हीलचेयर के सहारे जीवन जीने वाले भाई बहनों को प्रेरणा और जानकारी दे सके। संभव है की व्हीलचेयर पर होते हुए भी, इस तीर्थाटन को पूर्ण करने वाला मैं पहला व्यक्ति हूँ, इसलिए आपके 'मन की बात' कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से यह बात अपने जैसे सभी दिव्यांगजनों तक पहुंचाना चाहता हूँ, की यदि आत्मविश्वास और हौंसला हो तो जीवन में कुछ भी असंभव नहीं है। धन्यवाद शिवजीत सिंह राघव 9810198406
