Dear Sir, our education system offers access/support/opportunity to a wide spectrum of people from all communities & background. If everyone is given opportunity to develop their skills, then they should be able to apply & get the jobs based on their skills / merit. The caste based reservation system for jobs in our govt sector is not only keeping the nation divided, but also nurturing incompetence in the various departments. We need to encourage meritocracy for nation building.

Incidence of violence has increased in youngsters and school boys. Sanskars are lacking in society. Youngster are getting habituated to drinking of wine/alcohol & cigarette smoking etc . Sometning needs to be done for prevention from wine & smoking . Presently only notices are displayed outside to wine shop ( persons above 21 yrs can purcahse wine etc) , but without proper execution of notice . Drunken driving has incrased & causing accidents. Innocent person lose life .

Employement opportunities to youth needs to be generated in country. After retirement / Superannuation, no service extension in service for Govt employees needs to be given. Upper limit for Govt servant in various committees should be 7o yrs. Many retired govt servants are appointed in various committees. Relatively yongsters should be given opportunities & responsibility. Merit needs to be promoted in govt offices. Presently personal relations are given primary importance.

In Mumbai suburban Local Trains , there is heavy rush in comartments during peak hours . Compartments are heavily packed . Many persons has to travel on entry door foot steps and travel with 50 % hanging out. Unfortunately on average , there are 15-20 children of Bharat Mata die per day due to various train accidents, in Mumbai suburban Local Trains . something needs to be done in this regard .

Dear PM sir,On your two days visit to U.A.E we saw that U.A.E always try to use new technologies to make their country CARBONLESS .
