Hi I'm sharing my point of view. there should be proper studies in all colleges. not specially for tier 1 colleges. but all colleges should take strict actions related to studies. because of the late scholarship received ( not received still)from the government, we couldn't proceed further to our dream jobs, dream studies,. these should be taken action immediately. Students need to get their certificates, but didn't receive because of not received scholarship received from the government to colleges. and because of backlogs. there should be plenty of exceptions to the students who have 1 or 2 backlogs for receiving degree certificates.

Respected Pradhan Mantri ji In schools, Financial literacy, innovation and entrepreneurship, life skills, value education, social skills should be made compulsory. These subjects should also have board exams and practicals and given importance more than the traditional subjects that are present now. Strict surveillance should be done by authorities in both govt and private schools to ensure sincere approach is followed in implementing it and not just for namesake. Because these are the skills that artificial intelligence cannot learn - only humans can have. Thank you

Respected Pradhan Mantri ji, I am a teacher in private school in Hyderabad. I want to emphasis that though government teachers have very good salaries, teachers at private schools are getting peanuts. Work load is high, teacher dedication is very high, quality of education is good but schools do not pay good salaries. I strongly feel that even private schools should be asked to pay a certain amount of salary for the work description provided. In a time when Artificial intelligence and technology is taking over teaching jobs, teachers should be compensated well in present. They should also be provided compulsory skill enhancements in technologies. When schools are charging such high fees from students then why is teacher always the least paid? Unfortunately, society looks down to a teacher as someone who is fit-for-nothing and the reason is non-competitive salary. I feel private school teachers also deserve the dignity and respect I request you to please look into this.
