Honourable PM Modi avargal, Vanakkam. I would like to share few words about Thiru. M. Idhayaoli. He worked as a watchman in our colony (Kendriya Vihar - Phase 2, Paruthipattu, Chennai - 600071). His grandson got good marks in NEET Examinations this year and is waiting to get admitted to a good college in Chennai. Whenever I interact with Thiru.

Dear Respected Modi Ji, I am writing on behalf of IT professionals across the country. Sir, this is a crucial topic that has remained largely untouched, yet it directly affects the mental health, stability, and future of our young workforce. In the IT sector, we are witnessing a growing trend of unethical practices—frequent layoffs without notice, delayed or denied salaries, toxic work environments, and rampant internal politics. Employees are often mentally harassed, and this has unfortunately become normalized in many companies. Most recently, the tragic case at L&T, where an employee allegedly died by suicide due to mental pressure, and the reported caste-based humiliation of an Indigo trainee, highlight the urgent need for intervention.- I sincerely request you to consider establishing a dedicated policy framework for employee welfare in the private sector, especially in IT companies. There should be a centralized grievance redressal system. Please refer enclosed attached Regard

It is in the news that India has decided not to buy foreign fighter aircrafts, but to channel the resources in accelerating the project of producing indigenous Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA). The AMCA will be a fifth-generation stealth multirole single seat twin-engine aircraft capable of taking on the aircrafts produced by other nations. Meanwhile, the existing fleet of the Indian Air Force will be also upgraded. The mettle of Indian technology has been displayed in the completed phase of Operation Sindoor. The AMCA of India will dominate the skies.
