Delivering justice to woman is one thing but claiming for getting justice against the court of law by misusing the law is injustice to the opposite person. I kindly request you to amend the existing law in such a way so that the aggrieved wife should not mis use the law. Also I kindly request you to make law in favour of the husband against domestic violence. In my case domestic violence has been done by my wife and misusing the law she has registered complaint against me, my mother and my daughter. Here without giving any evidence to the police and even to the court of law, aggrieved wife can register complaint against her in laws and those innocent in laws will have to suffer a lot to prove their innocence. Even after if proved in the court that the husband and her in laws are not guilty, those suffered persons have no right to register complaint against that aggrieved person despite of filing false complaint against her in laws. Laws should be in favour of husband too
