Respected prime minister sir, I am Kirandeep NSS volunteer from Jharkhand One day I saw the news that population of sparrow is decreasing day by day because they cannot get food and water specially during summer they can't get water. So I put a beautiful jhumar made from jaw and put outside me house so birds can get food for them and in a pot I put some water. I told my friends and family to keep water for birds. Respected Modi ji, you will be glad to know that I am compiling a book titled '100 Great IITians: Dedicated to the Service of the Nation'. This book will cover the stories of those IITians who refused to be allured by the glamour of the western world and stayed back in India or returned to the motherland after their higher studies or a couple of years there. This book will be an eye opener for those who accuse IITs for producing engineers more for the American economy or the other developed countries. This book will serve as a great motivator for the present generation as well as future generations of engineers in particular and common public in general. I have a strong desire that this book is launched by you Sir on 15th August, 2022 when India completes 75 years of Independence or 18th August, 2022 that happens to be the Foundation Day of IIT System. I am an IITian myself IIT Kharagpur/79/ECE and joined Indian Navy to serve my country. I was the commissioning crew of INS Viraat.

#kashmirfiles has touched all Indians irrespective of religion and castes. It was abuse again after partition and Punjab militancy of the democratic provisions by the non democratic and anti India forces in the garb of Islam or Khalistan. It led to constitutional failure in Kashmir as genocide and exodus of Hindus from the only Muslim majority state took place. Yet there was no retaliation because of our faith in Parliament. Basic purpose of the constitution is well being of the people & of the nation. But the unrestricted religious freedom has failed the constitution and its appointed systems like state & central govts, bureaucrats, judiciary & all other. Constitutional amendment Proposal: 1. Strict vigil on teachings in religious or other institutions, it cant be anti majority or anti national. 2. Kafir & conversion policy not permitted. 3. Common civil code. 4. Restriction on construction of new religious structures in numbers and size.

Honourable Prime Minister Recently I travelled to Orrisa , I was pleasantly surprised to see clean toilets at all ASI sites and tourist areas . However on visiting Chilika lake I was extremely saddened to see people littering in this beautiful lake. The same is the case with our beaches, tourist areas in other states. People litter at beaches, tourist areas( plastic bottles , wafer packets, broken glasses etc). Sir can plastic be banned near water bodies , hill stations etc? In Sikkim people are so aware even a tourist car operator has a garbage bag where you can throw garbage and they don't allow anyone to litter there, the fine for it is Rs 5000/- . But can we make Sikkim as an example to ensure plastic use is discouraged at water bodies and all tourist cab drivers to insist of non - littering and authorities to collect fines to discourage people ? Even in Similipal forest I found people littering. Can the forest officers be more vigilant ?

All walls of schools colleges, government offices everywhere painters may be asked to paint Natural scenes, trees, birds etc., and there should be no posting for campaigning w.r.t any election - no wall should be used -- all young people who are interested in should be called for as a huge movement and no walls of any public place should be used for any party campaigning. A clean India can be achieved.
