My Dear Sir/Madam, I am very happy you said while analyzing data civil servants should see this as data on living ppl with aspirations and challenges. I have analyzed mental health data and some patients had one only 1 bird as property. Some other had just mobile. Some had family hearing voices. We analyzed very carefully by slicing and dicing data on various things like disability level, income, previous job, etc. Then we made tables and saw patterns. Doctors have to do this type of work as real patients health and even life depends on the conclusions. Please include biostatistics model in the civil servant course taught by experienced doctor Best wishes and regards Manish
