Dear PM Sir, One Small request kindly sends the press releases from PIB without spelling mistakes. Nowadays Press Releases sent by various departments are full of spelling mistakes and grammar-wise not correct. Which is a bad example to the world about our Government communication. Respected P.M. Sir, Namaste. Kindly do something for medical students those who returned back from Ukrain because they have not completed their studies due to Russia-Ukrain war. Kindly provide them help/assistance to get medical seats in private colleges or online classes to continue their studies, otherwise their lives will be spoiled. Please take appropriate action to provide online classes for medical students as you are the only hope.

The medical students who had to return from Ukraine,may be permitted to transfer to other countries like Hungary,Poland, China, Bangladesh, Philippines, Russia, Georgia etc ,by amending nmc. These students have the option to complete their medical degree within 10 years, so if war ends soon, they can return to Ukraine and continue their studies. Even in war crises ,students can't request to take advantage of the situation and insisted to be admitted in indian medical colleges, as it would be a dis service for the Indian students who had better NEET score than Ukraine admitted students. So if any admission is planned to give to Ukraine return students it should be based on neet score , and the same criteria should be adopted for indian students who could not get admission because of low NEET score and they should also be admitted in the increased seats if allocated .A new category of doctors assistant course could be created and the willing students including Ukraine return could admit

7th pay commission implemented by UGC. But where is the increased productivity and research output on issues important to the nation. Since UGC criteria for academic performance don't give any preference for academic writing and research on issues of national importance. Academics and researchers , spend their working time on doing research and writing on issues which is interesting to them and publishing on journals and getting points for their academic performance and promotions. India is not benefitting from these writings and research and valuable working time which is costly is lost. Its high time ugc change guidelines and issue list of topics of national importance and specify research and writing on those areas will attract more points, to facilitate research and writing on issues of national importance. This is urgently required to ensure valuable use of time of academics and researchers for the benefit of the country and such research will offset the high ugc salary paid
