आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , आपके द्वारा विश्व पर्यटन दिवस पर सभी नागरिकों से देश में तरह तरह के म्यूजियम बनाने का आह्वान किया गया था जिस पर संपूर्तः अमल करते हुए मैने 1257 रेडियो इक्कठे करते हुए गिनीज बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाया है । रेडियो पर मन की बात कार्यक्रम की प्रेरणा से स्थापित ये कलेक्शन मैने दस साल पहल 3 अक्टूबर को पहले एपिसोड से शुरू किया था और ठीक दस साल बाद जब 3 अक्टूबर को जब मन की बात के दस साल पूरे हुए तो मुझको गिनीज बुक की तरफ से मेरे रिकॉर्ड के बारे में सूचित किया गया । माननीय ये विश्वस्तरीय उपलब्धि पूरे देश उत्तर प्रदेश की तरफ से देश के पर्यटन विकास हेतु एक अप्रतिम तोहफा है कृपया संज्ञान लेकर मेरे एक नागरिक के व्यक्तिगत प्रयासों को सम्मान देने का कष्ट करें आपकी अति कृपा होगी । इस संग्रहालय के लिए मैने तीन तीन बार हृदयाघात अपने स्वास्थ्य व आर्थिक कठिनाइयों से जुझते हुए सम्पूर्ण देश भर से रेडियो इक्कठे करके अत्यधिक श्रम किया है कृपया हो सके तो अवलोकन हेतु स्वयं पधारे एवं मन की बात का एक एपिसोड दुनिया के सबसे बड़े रेडियो म्यूजियम यहां से भी जारी करें । विनम्र धन्यवाद

Hon'ble PM, I wish to highlight the urgent issue of garbage accumulation in our streets and dump yards. I propose an innovative solution involving waste incineration, with the resulting ash and carbon utilized to produce paver /hollow blocks /for road construction with tar. I suggest establishing a facility near existing dump yards dedicated to producing these blocks, strategically connected to an incineration plant for efficient waste processing. With appropriate funding, various institutions are ready to collaborate on this project. While disability card provide comprehensive benefits across India,cancer patients support unequal support. Disability card offers . Priority acesss . Concession . Rebates . Subsidies In contrast cancer pt receive limited benefit, mainly railway concession for treatment- related travel.I propose -issuing a Cancer PT card , similiar to disability card. Extending benefits to Complimentary domestic and International flight ( 2 each year) Priority acesss to hospitals,airports and public spaces Enhanced support for caregivers Cancer pts face Uncertainty and mortality Financial strain Emotional turmoil Physical suffering Unlike disabilities cancer pts affects not only mobility but also life expectancy .
