Need improvement in Railway. passenger should only be allowed 4Hrs before journey. This will help in controlling crowd at Train station and maintaince of station area. Maximum 1-2 family members should be allowed with each passenger to drop at Railway station.

TV Programmes Improvement 1. On Reality Programmes - Need to make tough laws 2. False information in news channels should be banned or heavy fines 3. On each entertainment & news channel they play advertsiments when in live programmes, it should be in between the breaks 4. TV serials should be screened like movies (if Adult content then it should be 100% tax for 6 months because everybody can see it) Politics 1. Ban the parties who support militants, naxlites and seperatists (same for individuals from the politicians)

I have seen, all the benefits are made towards BPL holders. How about the middle-class family? The middle-class family are biggest worries are... 1. Paying the tax & the job lossed in between then how to run the family ? a. Still you cannot come under BPL (with no Job) b. Private Job holders (middle class) have to face often c. Tax must be based on NOT only how much they earn currently also how much asset or own house they have 2. School Fees, Food and EMI are worries of small & middle class family. 3. India should start HOURLY BASIS SALARY and second job should be allowed for securing family. Improvements required in IT industry 1. Start HOURLY BASED SALARY and Additional hours should be paid extra (Currently employer buying employee) 2. Fixed HOURS WORK HOURS for IT field Max 9 Hours 3. In IT field is biggest earning for country interms of tax. Mental health of the IT employee should be taken care by Govt of India by making fixed hours.
