Hi, This govt has been investing lots of rupees in developing the country and its infrastructure and it is our responsibility to keep it neat and clean but unfortunately due to lack of decipline amoung us even the country is lagging behind due to some people and as there is a system for pension and the schemes there must be a centralised way for putting fines on those people who are pulling back our country and I have a detailed way of countering such issues. I believe that development of decipline amoung us is more imp than development of our infrastructure we can develop our surroundings but maintaining is important than developing it

In the each and every school should be CCTV cameras during class time and these are being connected by with any mobile app so that all teaching work is seen by all the people of the country alongwith government and related higher officers of the department.
