about 30-35 years back, we used to enjoy hindi movies viz AArzoo, Mere Mehbob, Mehboob ki mehndi, Mughle Azam, Anarkali , Pakeezah etc. All these movies were romantic and liked by everyone. I want to see the same thing in your politics. You are doing every thing for everyone but except Hindus why others are not voting for you. You can change this trend and in the 2019 election,it happened also. Sir, You can do the miracle because Modi hai to Mumkin hai. I am suma from mandya Karnataka 8088191618...I request you to....1) I am lecturer I observed so many students are addicted to sigarate,hukka,ganza, drinking etc...in high school age only...so please do action for this in school and colleges only...take every year blood check up for this...it creates awareness to them....NCC cadets want to observe all these activities... 2.please do civil station for people they are unhappy with the police station..and their behaviour...in civil station counsellor need to advice the people.. criminals can handle by the police..and police station.... 3. In court some cases are done by one side ..some body gave complaint and they leave city..and they will be happy..accused only come to court and pay the fee from 10 years...this is not good.. 2.

Dear PM Sir, First of all I want to convey that I am trying to submit my Mann ki Baat, but since last 2-3 months yr platform is not saving my comments. Either this is a server failure or might be deliberately the platform is not accepting my comments as I conveyed some issues bluntly with open mind. Any way I again trying to submit my Mann ki Baat today. Sir, on corruption matter, I give my recent example. I was given the job of Establishment Unit in my office 1 and half months back. During this 45 days u believe it or not i saved about 15 lakhs of Govt. Money. The civil work for which estimates are given more than i lakh or 2 lakhs I completed the job in just Rs. 25000 around. I also try to curtail the petrol consumption of Staff Cars. Sir ji, the work was taken away from me as I was not allowing wastage of Govt. Money. Sir, as I conveyed many times corruption is in roots. Every Govt. office/department is work under corruption. I am ready to wrok the Govt. on this issue.

Respected prime minister sir, once upon time they were used cooking our country.today the hillocks aredired up and piled up as a vest under your rule.smokless stoves have been made at the rural leveling the development of India how much effort is being mode to build toilets to protect owmens self respect.i have settled in the town from village.but culinary sugar cane is abundant in the hills near town suburbs and urban areas. I thought this food made with sugar cane is healthy. that way sir, govenment hotels should be set op in the hills. the national high ways as there as a best of cooking. because it will benifits hundreds of thousands of vehicle passengers.and it is like giving employeementto the youth to work in the hotels.another advantage sir. is that there is demand for sugar cane charcoal more over my idea sir.is that it would be better if any hotels were named as KATTELA VANTA BOJANAM THAAYYAR.

** There are so many efforts for protecting Assets like: Defence for national security; Police for local adm; Quality control; Statutory Audits by CAs; Service rules for Govt employees BUT what about “Live Human Assets” working in Non- Govt Organizations (they are 95% of total work force) ?? suggestion: ======== 1). Corporates “HR Manager” need to be empowered i.e. They need to submit Regular MIS & Reports to Ministry of Labour & Employment (start with Corporates 100 or more employees) - Specially on: - “HAPPINESS INDEX SCORE (Questionnaire may be filled online on Govt Portal). - "POSH & Whistle-blower cases Reported during month and action taken - Pending Full & Final of Employees over 30 Days 2). Mandate 8-9 hours working policy – This will create more than 30% extra jobs in market (since currently most employees are working 14-15 hours per day instead of 8-9 hours) 3). Above reports shall be part of "Statutory Audit Reports"

Reservation should be given on INPUT NOT OUTPUT i.e. “Free or subsidised Education & Coaching on Financial condition Not on CASTE BASIS (Govt पैसा, ऊर्जा व्यय करे - ना कि पहले लोगो को कमजोर बनाओ , फिर बैसाखी दो)
