In continuation to my previous suggestion, please implement scheme to increase the Hindu population in regions like Kashmir, West Bengal, Telangana, UP & so on. Please bring in Uniform Civil Code as early as possible. As I have suggested earlier, please reclassify all the constituencies. Also, please find new, righteous, eligible & capable candidates for all those constituencies from BJP or RSS background.

मान प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार मै राजेंद्र वर्मा तिल्दा रायपुर से | मन की बात के आज 10 साल पूर्ण होने पर आपको बहुत बहुत शुभकामनाएं एवं बधाई | मै मन की बात में आटिज्म पीड़ित बच्चो के लिए आपसे चर्चा चाहता हू | आटिज्म पीड़ित बच्चे अपने मन की बात को व्यक्त नहीं कर पाते है | इसलिए इस 10 साल पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में इस एपिसोड को आटिज्म पीड़ित बच्चे को समर्पित कीजिये | आटिज्म में लोगो में जागरूकता की कमी के कारण इस बच्चो के साथ सही न्याय नहीं हो पा रहे है | जबकि इन बच्चो को सही ट्रेनिंग एवं मार्गदर्शन दिया जाय तो ये भी अपने बेहतरीन जीवन यापन कर सकते है | मैं इन बच्चो को ट्रेनिंग देने का कार्य करता हू मैंने इसमें शत प्रतिशत सफलता पाया है | मेरे सभी बच्चे आज सामान्य बच्चे की तरह हो गये है | मेरे यह रिसर्च भारत के आटिज्म के बच्चो के लिए आशा की किरण है |

In continuation to my previous suggestion, For this also there should be a criteria, like, for how much optimal equal proportion of population, there should be a single MP. This should also be calibrated properly. Please don’t stop for only Lokh Sabha & Rajya Sabha. Please recalibrate & reclassify all the Vidhana Sabhas, Vidhana Parishats, Corporation wards, Taluk, Zilla & Gram Panchayats constituencies also. Increase or decrease those seats also based on a single criteria. Further, make a rule that no one can alter this further without the 2/3rd Majority consent of parliament of Central & states governments respectively. If there is an attempt being made to relocate the hoards of minorities collectively in one locality, this should be avoided. Make a suitable law for it.

Namaste Modi.ji, My suggestion is Firstly remove the power of reclassifying of Vidhana Sabha, Vidhana Parishat, corporation wards till Grama panchayat’s constituencies from state government & subordinate organisations & put it into central list. Then, reclassify the existing Lokh Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Vidhana Sabhas, Vidhana Parishats, Corporation wards, Taluk, Zilla & Gram Panchayats constituencies based on a single optimal equality criteria. Each constituency should consists of equal number of proportion of all the religions in their constituency. There should be no Minority constituencies. Reorganise them correctly with a single criteria. “One Nation, One Criteria for constituencies.” Should be the slogan. Increase the number of Lokh Sabha & Rajya Sabha seats of our Country. Our population has reached 140 crore + but still we are having only this much of representatives.

I request that the Prime Minister maybe pleased to consider Nationalization of Hindu Temples.

The base year for determining consumer price index should be revised once in five years. The government now has the technology to collect accurate information. There is a need for transparency in CPI determination. Also in many private companies they pay based on previous years points. Also DA points calculation is given in paisas. There is a need for a system to immediately solve the problems related to salary and bonus of private sector employees The appointment of the Committee to determine the Consumer Price Index should be transparent. Among these, the appointment of members from the labor side should be transparent. CPI determination meeting should be held in each district with public notification in the last week of every half year. Details of its members should be notified. Reforms should be made from time to time in the method of determining the Consumer Price Index relative to labor wages

Respected sir, Currently, Intel and AMD do not manufacture their chips in India. Both companies have significant design and research facilities in India, but the actual fabrication of their chips takes place in other countries. Intel has design facilities in Hyderabad and Bangalore1, but its manufacturing plants are located in the United States, Ireland, Israel, and other countries2. There have been discussions about Intel potentially setting up a manufacturing unit in India, but nothing has been confirmed yet3. AMD also has a strong presence in India with design centers and research facilities1, but its chips are manufactured in other countries, primarily in Asia. Intel and AMD chips not manufacturing in India may cause security concerns. India is working only semiconductors manufacturing but not chip manufacturing.

Sir, I request you to talk about the temporary workers working all over India. Because this is the class which works for the entire stipulated period but gets very little salary. Their performing their duties with full honesty and dedication despite getting low salary and barely making a living is in itself a sacrifice for the country. It is true patriotism.

Sir, It is well established by now that DoWRRDGR have misused DoPT provisions of premature retirement under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 for removal/dismissal as major penalty under CCS (CCA) Rules 14 in DoWRRDGR premature retirement order dated 12.12.17 under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. This has repeatedly been brought to notice of all concerned in DoWRRDGR, however, rather than cancelling premature retirement order Department have preferred justification for premature retirement through Department letter dated 4.10.24 with detachment of Presidential approval under Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 from the Order and concluded with claiming payment of leave encashment on 4.10.24 against Presidential pleasure for grant of Extra Ordinary Leave on 12.11.20. Hence, I request appropriate changes/modification in DoPT provisions of premature retirement under FR 56(J)/Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules to undo retirement order dated 12.12.17.
