This can be made simple and citizen friendly by creating a single window system like as in the case of public grievances redressals existing in CPGRAMS. Under such a scheme, an information seeker needs to register the requirements on a portal created for this purpose. To prevent influx of ( possible ) non-serious entries under such an arrangement, the fee can be enhanced to a considerable higher level which would act as a deterrent.

Sir - My Idea or Suggestion for the Nation through you is regarding Gold Jewellery that we buy! Sir - Gold Jewellery is bought by people for multiple reasons, 1. We are fascinated by it, 2. we want to flaunt our wealth, 3. It is an asset (maybe can pledge for urgent money). However, none of this Jewellery becoming an asset for India! Keeping these in mind, I have a solution, which will benefit the nation as well... Say, if there are Special Jewellery sold at select shops, they are not made of less expensive metal, but looks very good (in fact we can have premium Brands design them). For every such Jewellery being bought, there will be Gold, equivalent to its weight deposited in the name of the buyer in some sovereign bonds. Most important is, since people want to pride it, they have some way of tagging such a purchase in such a Nation Building Scheme. Like say, their Photo with that Jewellery be tagged in some Govt Portal and they can share it on their Facebook/ Insta..

Specially in private sector employment. We can explore the probability to link biometric punching system with Aadhar and get the data for over stay of he employees beyond certain limit. >> Person regularly working extra hour snacking employment of other potential citizen as well as create un balanced social culture due to over stress . >> Possibilities may please be explored to implement 4days (4X12 hr) work culture across all vertical in industries.
