IN MAHARASHTRA NAGPUR IN GRANT IN AID COLLEGES ONLY 50% POSTS OF TEACHING AND NON TEACHING STAFF ARE FILLED. WHILE MORE THAN 50% POSTS ARE VACANT. IN MY LAD COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, NAGPUR FOR CHEMISTRY SUBJECT THERE ARE 12 FULL TIME POSTS AND ONLY 1 POST IS FILLED AND 11 POSTS ARE VACANT. MAHARASHTRA GOVT (FADNAVIS SARKAR) DID NOT ALLOWED TO FILL THE POSTS IN LAST 5 YEARS .. STILL WE GOT NAAC A FOR THE FOURTH CYCLE. AGAINST 11 VACANT POST 33 CONTRIBUTORY TEACHERS ARE ALLOWED. EVEN STUDENTS CAN NOT RECOGNISE THESE 33 TEACHERS. PLEASE ASK UGC AND NAAC TO GIVE DIRECTIONS TO STATE GOVT TO FILL THE POSTS. WHETHER 1 TEACHER OUT OF 11 IS ALLOWED IN NEW EDUCATION POLICY. I DOUBT THAT POLICY MAY BE GOOD BUT ITS IMPLEMENTATION IS VERY CRITICAL. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

प्रधान सेवक को सादर प्रणाम . एक छोटा सेवक अपने 33 सालके अनुभूतीपर आधारित कुछ सुझाव पेश करनेकी अनुमती चाहता हैं . हमारे कायदे ब्रिटिशोने बनाये हैं और हम आज भी उन्ही कायदोपर निर्भर हैं . हमे आपने भारतीय कायदे बना लेने चाहिये जो अपनी व्यवस्था से अनुरूप हो . हमारे कायदे बिलकुल छोटे , समझने में आसन और हर भारतीय भाषा में उपलब्ध हो . इन कायदोंको सामान्य से सामान्य करदाता आसानिसे समझ पाये और उनका पालन कर सके . इस्से इन कायदोके बारे में जो डर लगा रहता हैं वोह नष्ट हो जायेगा. कानूनी अधिकारी और करदाता आसानिसे आमने सामने आके , बिना मुंह छुपाये अपना अपना कार्य पुरा कर पायेंगे .कायदे जब सादगीसे भरे हो तो भ्रष्टाचार पनपनेकी संभावना खतम हो जाती हैं. आजके क्लिष्ट कायदे भ्रष्टाचार को बढावा दे रहे हैं . जैसे ही कायदे आसान हो जायेंगे वैसे कमसे कम मुकदमे न्यायालय में दाखील होंगे . तथा करदातॊनको अपना करोबर करना सुगम हो जायेगा . प्रधान सेवक देशवासियोनको येह तोह्फा आजादीकी अगली सालगीरहपर देके इन क्लिष्ट कायदोसेभी आजादी दिलायें . धन्यवाद.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम, मैं आपका ध्यान उत्तराखंड राज्य मे मनाये जाने वाले प्रमुख लोकपर्व "फूलदेई" की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहूँगा, उत्तराखंड मे चैत्र मास की संक्रांति अर्थात प्रथम दिन से ही बसंत ऋतु के आगमन की खुशी मे फूलों का त्योहार फूलदेई मनाया जाता है। चैत्र महीने मे छोटे छोटे बच्चे सूर्योदय के साथ ही आस पड़ोस के घर घर जा कर घर की देहली पर रंग-बिरंगे फूलों को बिखेरकर घर की खुशहाली, सुख शांति की कामना करते हुए पारंपरिक गीत गाते हैं। हमारे विलुप्त होते हुए लोकपर्वों को बढ़ावा देने से ही हमारी संस्कृति उजागर होगी और हमारे पहाडों की परंपराऐं भी कायम रहेंगी।हम जहाँ भी रहे अपने लोकपर्वों को जरूर मनाएं। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपने जब भी देशवासियों से कोई आह्वाहन किया है,सभी ने समय समय पर उसका पालन किया है। आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आपके सबसे लोकप्रिय कार्यक्रम "Mann Ki Baat" मे अगर आप "फूलदेई" लोकपर्व का जिक्र करेंगे तो ये समस्त उत्तराखंड वासियों के लिये गर्व का विषय होगा और हम सब लोग अपने लोकपर्वों को विलुप्त होने से बचाने मे सफल होंगे।धन्यवाद 🙏 अंकुर रावत, देहरादून

scrapping of automobiles older than 15 years announcement that about 10 (TEN) Lakhs Govt vehicles will be scrapped on ist of April. This is purely lack of Technical knowledge by officials i not only a joke but lack of understanding of Technical issues. Age is never the cause of pollution. Except for the Chassis frame all components can be replaced as Spare Parts. Pollution is caused by the Engine and Engine can be scrapped and replaced by a new Engine and not entire automobile. You replace a defective Kidney and not kill the Man. When all vehicles are subject to emission certificate, criminal to scrap. Pollution is caused due to variation of Fuel to Air ratio rectified by Engine reconditioning by replacement of Piston rings and Cylinder Liners. There appears to be a malafide intention and loss of scrapping 9 lakh Govt Vehicles amounts to loss of more than Nine Thousand Crores to the Exchequer. Stop the move immediately. I dont know the purpose or benefit of being a Grade II
