Dear Sir, India has gone great strides in providing employment to the youths I am from Bengaluru and I also got good opportunities in MNCs thanks to globalisation. But still people are complaining their is lack of employment though PM Kaushal Kendras are there in many towns and cities as well. I feel India should leave its dignity of labour attitude and every job must be respected. We should increase more of our small scale industries and also Indians to buy them as this is a service to nation building and economy. Other countries are rich due to their buying nature whereas in India it is saving nature for their kids. My suggestion is Sir, that you have already told this before, is for our youth to take up jobs in all fields like agriculture, food industry, tourism, etc.and also the State Govt. should encourage them instead of having restrictions on them. i have a idea to generate new fixed job and grow economy of India . The idea is very small just converts all Indian post office into online shopping such as flipkart and amazon . There is already all system only you have to improve this idea in all over India Flipkart and Amazon making all profits Same work done by post office just think if Indian Post office change over in online shopping hubs it will give a boost to our economy and approx. 2 lacks job every year just think about it.
