Respected Sir, The delay or not being able to change/amend the Cooperative Law, even if desired, is a matter of concern. There is lot of hope from Min. of Coopn that along with making amendment / policy in conducting free and fair elections in Cooperative, more Vigilance and transparency will also be established in all fields of their working of MSCS . Also it may be ensured that the resources of the Coop. Society shd be used only to encourage and promote the growth of the Coop Society and not for the formation of a Pvt. Company. Few MSCS are using/used the Society's revenue to form Pvt. Co. Which needs to be examined. This is a sensible matter and needs strict law/policy be prepared.
