Dear sir,. There is a total threat to our Indian languages. Please therefore make Mother tongue as the medium of instruction atleast upto 10 th standard. This should happen in CBSE and ICSE schools also. People have developed fancy for English. They are giving third rate treatment to their own mother tongue. If this trend is not reversed English will become the Mother tongue of Indians. You can only do it. Please do it.

Dear Sir, Please talk about importance of monitoring and evaluation of government programs. India had a rich history since 1952 of Program Evaluation Office which had become defunct during UPA days. Under NITI Aayog, we now have new age Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office which is doing excellent work with various Ministries on OOMF, evaluations, etc. Using Dept of Expenditures Office Memorandum, we had 10 sectoral evaluations in 2019-20 whose final reports are yet to be uploaded on websites for public to see. It is time for India to have a strong National Evaluation Policy and regain its strong position amongst the developing nations when it comes to evaluation (South Africa, Mexico, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Phillipines, and many African countries have a national evaluation policy, but India still lacks it.) Under your able leadership, we can also have a parliamentary standing committee on evaluations.

Best practices in various banks are to be integrated and followed them through out the country to save time and money and thus improve the efficiency of the bank and customer satisfaction. For example, for form 15H submission, Union Bank's procedure to give filled up printed form on the basis of Account number is excellent. State Bank of India's acknowledgement procedure for 15H form submission is worth mentioning. Kindly combined them for the benefit of banks and customers. Let all the higher ups in various departments look into best practices and implement to make our country Bharat the best in the world.
