प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी एक बार फिर आपसे जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर अपने विचार साझा करेंगे। मन की बात कार्यक्रम के 82 वें संस्करण के लिए प्रधानमंत्री आपसे सुझाव आमंत्रित करते हैं, ताकि इस कार्यक्रम में आपके नूतन सुझावों व प्रगतिशील विचारों को शामिल किया जा सके।

'मन की बात' के आगामी संस्करण में आप जिन विषयों व मुद्दों पर प्रधानमंत्री से चर्चा सुनना चाहते हैं, उससे संबंधित अपने सुझाव व विचार भेजना न भूलें। आप अपने सुझाव इस ओपन फोरम के माध्यम से साझा कर सकते हैं अथवा हमारे टॉल फ्री नंबर 1800-11-7800 डायल करके प्रधानमंत्री के लिए अपना सन्देश हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी में रिकॉर्ड करा सकते हैं। कुछ चुनिंदा संदेशों को 'मन की बात' में भी शामिल किया जा सकता है।

इसके अलावा आप 1922 पर मिस्ड कॉल करके एसएमएस के जरिए प्राप्त लिंक का इस्तेमाल कर सीधे प्रधानमंत्री को भी सुझाव भेज सकते हैं।

Replicate Jamshedpur Model: As you might be aware, in Jamshedpur TATA group runs the public service although we have elected representatives. Like a call centre, public can raise the issue and telecallers call back and raise a ticket and there is a SLA within which it is resolved. Can we not try this in other cities. Olympics: While hosting olympics is a pride for all nations, it has been proven time and gain that the host nation runs into bad debts after few years. As a large country, we could have infrastructure across 5 zones - South, West, North Central and East with stadiums and other facilities based on maximum potential - Karnataka was great in producing swimmers, kerala and westbengal for football.

Children Education Allowance: If you are receiving children education allowance from your employer then you are eligible to claim a tax exemption under the Income-tax Act. However, the maximum amount exempted is Rs. 100 per month or Rs. 1200 per annum for a maximum of up to 2 children. This is a very old and unrealistic amount which the Finance Ministry can reconsider in the next budget.

Both Bapuji and his apt pupil Shastriji were born on 2nd of October. Both made Mother India proud. But we cannot forget that October is also the month when in 1962, she was mauled and degraded before the world-community by her northern neighbour. The enclosed two pages contain a recollection of the paradoxical events culminating into that dark episode and a view of the intensifying threats including impending attack on our lifelines and the possible deterrent action needed on our part.

We recently celebrated the River Day. Rivers Brahmaputra (feeds our North East), Sutlej (feeds Western India), Indus (flows through Ladakh and Gilgit), Arun, Kosi, Ghaghara, and Trishuli (their combined flow feeds the River Ganges, the Aorta Artery of Northern and Eastern India) – all originate in Tibet. China is planning to build dams to squeeze these lifelines of India to bring her down on her knees. China can be deterred only by assured retaliatory damage of unacceptable magnitude from India.
