आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार आपके नेतृत्व में देश चहुंमुखी प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर है। मेरा सुझाव है कि देश के प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने की आवश्यकता है। प्रतिभाओं का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन आरक्षण है, और यह प्रशासनिक, राजनीतिक दोनों क्षेत्र में है। कानून बनाने और पालन कराने दोनों जगह पर विद्वान, ईमानदार, मेहनतकश लोगों को स्थान मिलना चाहिए।

सम्माननीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, आप हमेशा कुशल रहे एसी प्रार्थना है, मै कुछ सुझाव अंकित कर रहा हूँ, क्योंकि आप के साथ हम सब भी प्रकृति प्रेमी है। (1) शासकीय कार्यालयों में कई तरह के प्रमाण पत्र एवं अनुमतियों जारी की जाती है, प्रत्येक अनुमति या प्रमाणपत्र में आवश्यक दस्तावेज के रूप में 10 पौध क्रय की रसीद अनिवार्य रूप से मांगी जावे , विशेषकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में।(2) पौध को आवेदक अपने ग्राम में सामुदायिक भवन के प्रांगण/ गौशाला/ स्कूलों की रिक्त भूमि/ चिन्हित शासकीय भूमि पर लगावे, जिसका सत्यापन सरपंच सील साइन करके आवेदक की रसीद पर लगाए । (2) सभी रसीदों का मासिक संकलन जिला स्तर( जिला पंचायत में) पर केंद्रीकृत हो, जिसका रिकॉर्ड तैयार रहे।(3) उस रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर जनपद पंचायत द्वारा नेचर ऑडिट हो, जिसका निरीक्षण/ परीक्षण पोर्टल पर देखा एवं किया जा सके।(5) ग्राम पंचायत के पास तमाम मशीनरी पानी टैंकर उपलब्ध है, जिसके बचाए रखने की जिम्मेवारी पंचायत की रहे (6) मूल्यांकन में आई कमी पूर्ति पंचायत करे।(7) पौध की आपूर्ति शासकीय एवं निजी नर्सरी नाम मात्र शुल्क पर करे। मै विस्तृत रूप रेखा हेतु तत्पर हु।

Sir there will be not alimony in divorce because some woman's are doing divorce for alimony.In Atul Subash case his wife is demanding alimony of 3 crore because of this he do suicide. There is also one case of 2-3 months ago there is one woman who is saying that I need 8 lakhs rupees per month as divorce alimony and she is house wife and she is saying that his husband very much earn he have to give me alimony per month. CMWSSB supplies drinking water through pipelines and there was a water pollution incident. Channai Municipal Corporation (CMC) is the authority under their jurisdiction this incident happened. CMWSSB is a government company which supplies drinking water like, other private companies who supplies bottled drinking water to the public. Since the Municipal Commissioner is held responsible for health and safety of public what legal compliances need to be checked? 1. Factory licence of all water treatment facilities producing (manufacturing) drinking water 2. Licence to operate the facilities, annually issued by inspector of factories after checking the asset integrity records. Also integrity test reports after every modification done. 3. Trade licence issued by CMC itself, after checking the water analysis records of CMWSSB for all batches of water produced and counter check consistency of reports by their own laboratory (or approved third party lab) every month.
