Dear PM, How do you or your office improve on effective functioning of Public Grievance redressal system in PMO? I am suggesting that instead of just forwarding the complaints to the right department, PGPMO should contact the person who has filled the complaint after 1 month of filing the complaint to check if the resolution was effective. My mother filed a complaint PMO Grievance No. PMOPG/E/2015/0073532 and it seems that the department has closed the case without effective redressal.

There is 500% difference in Medicine costs of same salt. For example one comapny is selling for Rs22/- and other for 107/- Same salt, same mg and both are big recognised companies. 2. LABS provide home collection of blood samples and charge Rs 500/- for Thyrode Test.Local LAB pay only Rs150/- to that Mumbai LAB.

Drinking water is a huge problem in flood affected Chennai. As a solution, we have found personal straw water filters which will be extremely helpful in these situations. chennai floods required support of NDRF. people would like to contribute financially to relief efforts. The problem we face is to identify the most reliable place or organisation to donate. My suggestion is the NDRF or a 1-2 government supported NGO should open a disaster specific fund/ bank account and request for NEFT transfers ( with no transaction fee). This should be widely advertised by govt. to attract funds which can be used urgently for relief like food blankets & transporting people

this is my request and suggestion to pm modi ji that there should be one website for each village of india where every person can see that for what work how much money was funded and after completion of work it must be updated on website and if it is updated and work is not done then one should be able to complaint about it then the system will be totally transparent and there will be control on curruption..... please sir do this right now and i also want see what is the value of suggestions..
