भारत में ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए सरकार ने औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग (डीआईपीपी) की दिनांक 15.06.2017 को अधिसूचना सं पी -45021 / 2/2017-बीई -2 के तहत सार्वजनिक खरीद (भारत में बनाने के लिए प्राथमिकता) आदेश 2017 जारी किया है। इसका मकसद आय और रोजगार को बढ़ाने के लिए भारत में वस्तुओं और सेवाओं के विनिर्माण और उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देना है।

उपर्युक्त संदर्भ के अनुसार सार्वजनिक प्रोक्योरमेंट (भारत में बनाने के लिए प्राथमिकता) अधिसूचना 2017 के अनुसार, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय (meity ) ने यह सूचित करने का प्रस्ताव देते हुए घरेलू उत्पादित / निर्मित साइबर सुरक्षा उत्पाद के लिए सार्वजनिक खरीद को प्राथमिकता बताया है

For cloud based storage solutions used by government for big data analytics etc., it must be made mandatory for all the data centers and servers hosted locally in India and adhering to strict data security and privacy standards. New and high grade encryption technologies like ED25519 (elliptic curve cryptography) must be used for all data at rest and in transport rather than using older algorithms like RSA which may be compromised or not secure enough.

The move of giving preference to domestically produced cyber security products is commendable especially considering recent reports of many international cyber security/software products have malicious back doors that spy and send user data to certain state sponsored agencies abroad. Utmost importance must be given to user data privacy and security when using back end technologies for government services like Aadhar. Any product or service procured must undergo thorough testing for data leaks.

In respect to cyber security , it is very important concept, there are so many threats of virus as well as manipulation in data and information system, hence, if it is properly secured with use of advance technology, further, proper preservation of date including back up etc. system should be developed, further, various types of security control system should be implemented so that, it can enhence the cyber security as well as data and important information transmmission system, best wishes

Similarly, RWAs in cities may form such Cooperatives on identical terms, fulfilling their power needs, & sell out surplus power to the Grid, for profit. These measures will ensure low-cost, clean power for all, & enhance per capita income / GDP, & contribute in Nation Building. Best regards, Kartikay

V.Mataram ModiJi, In order to make clean, renewable energy, a mass movement, we need to include village panchayats, their members, to form Solar Power Cooperatives, which will fund village-based solar power stations, providing free, clean power/ to villages. In respect to growth rate of our nation, Hon.PM is working sincerely 24 by 7 for the development of nation and relief to poor and needy people, for the Growth in GDP, the Generous policy should be introduced, people should encourage to develop their business without any control by paying gennuine tax without complication proceedure of tax, the concept of Hon.PM is Good and simple tax,but,proceedure has discourage people from GST, and also control over cash payment should be relaxed,best wishes

India is such tech IT software country but still dont know how to secure? how to implement? how to protect the internet security? india gives software business whole world but indians dont know how to protect their own country? disgusting it is about india. india gives solutions and solves problems other but its dont know the solutions for its own land? Indians are the one leading global IT companies

Cyber Security is most challenge in this time, criminals or hackers should be punished without any mercy, As I am always in favor of total/100% digital so we have to take advance steps for prevent such type of crimes. 100% digitization will bring employment for all. for example for last one year I am writing continuously for stop of paper money except Rs.100/- or billow. in this way we can save paper cost and our country will free from corruption and Black money.
