Respected Sir,I suggest that after removing the hazardous elements from the e waste it can be crushed by crushing machines as mostly these products are made of carbon fiber or aluminum alloys etc which are not flammable. They can be crushed and made into sheets and screws etc. These sheets can be utilized for making various other things. Thanks

First of all , we must segregate all electrical and electronic equipment which is complex in nature and study the materials which is used in preparing those items , and then do research about those products which can be used in differently in the process of other production process , until it is decomposes in to zero waste.

Now a days parasite entrepreneurs are growing at a alarming rate. It is easy to entrepreneurs to buy and supply cheap electrical and electronic equipment from Chinese markets. These cheap products are not reliable as a result huge waste is generated. We must stop encouraging such enterprises also the government should leavy huge import duty on such products to encourage domestic manufacturers. We must create awareness on unreliable products making use of WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube and Internet websites.

Dear sir, Why CTET and UP TET are the only criteria set ups for the judgement to become a government teacher. I am a teacher in a well reputed organization Delhi Public School with the working experience of 7 years . Now Its my wish to serve myself in government sector. I personally felt that the selection criteria in government jobs should be changed. It should be based on one to one interaction process where a person will not be judged on the basis of marks obtained as the criteria for asking questions and giving answers may very person to person from different aspects specially in child pedagogy. The eligible candidates are not able to give so much time for the rote memorization to clarify them while they are engrossed in taking and sharing their real life experiences as teachers. I request the authority to plz change the criteria of selection in government jobs so that a quality should be maintained in these sectors too .
