E-Waste management process should includes the following: 1. Collection: gathering e-waste from various sources, enterprises, organizations and individuals. 2. Dismantling: Disintegration of all the components and materials of the e-waste to analyse which can be reused and which can go as scrap. 3. Data Sanitization: ensuring that data is rendered unusable or is completely wiped out to ensure it cannot be retrieved in any possible way. 4. Recycling: complete segregation of parts and materials that is then used to build new electronic products. 5. Refurbishing: reuse of the working, good quality products to replace parts and extend the life of other electronic equipment.

The best way for E-Waste is to use triple R - RRR 1. Reduce: We are using more and more devices and replacing them more often. Changing this habit depends as much on the consumer — who should be less susceptible to marketing strategies that encourage consumption — as on manufacturers who are increasingly adopting policies like ecodesign. 2. Reuse: The experts in electronic recycling recommend that friends or family inherit devices that still work, or that they be offered on the second hand market. There is also the possibility of donating them to specialised charities. 3. Recycle: When the item no longer works and there is no chance of it being used by someone close, recycling should be the option. One option for the consumer is to hand the old device in to the shop where the new one is being purchased, or to some company that specialises in electronic refurbishment.

A lot of electronic companies tend to have an exchange policy whereby they take back your old gadgets when you buy a later version, sometimes offering you a discount on your new purchase. A few recycling companies have set up electronic drop off initiatives along with drop off points for products such as cell phones and tablets after which they are recycled. You can ask your local electronics shops regarding any information about drop off locations.

One man’s junk is another man’s treasure as the old saying goes. This can be applied to helping you get rid of your old electronics. You can tap into online sites like Amazon, craigslist, eBay or even resort to having a garage sale as this will help you get rid of your outdated electronics as well as earning some money. Most electronic shops are always ready to buy your old electronics.

We need to find an e-waste recycler who is officially certified by the Government. It should be a non-profit organization of recycling companies which are dedicated to recycling e-waste in a safe and responsible way. All members have to make a pledge and display their Pledges of Responsible Recycling. So working alongside a certified recycler means that you don’t have to worry about polluting another nation or risk losing your personal details to criminals.

Human's life are Fully equip with electric and electronic equipment. government need to provide economic support and also pressurise for making product quality and durable. after using the product people generally throw in garbage instead of this need to submit a new electronic devices in recycling or e-waste centre. In People there is no awareness about e-waste product, then this waste are easily collected and reuse.some parts of gadgets can be use in other device.
