In my opinion , we cannot generalise the reason for drop out in tribals . Every tribal areas has there own specific reason . Some of reasons are as 1) Migration for Livelihood Parents move to neighbouring towns after harvest and take their children along with them , thus hapering education of kids 2)Early Marriage It is still very prevalent in tribals and one of reason for drop out in girls of tribals

in my view best way to promote education in tribal people is the education followed by work. if we can give job to them they can participate in skill development enthusiastically. so PM sir please give job opportunity to them in their local place, don't force them for shift to urban areas. MGNREGA is a panacea for that but implement it transparently and effectively.

We need officials who go to the grass root levels and find solutions. Not one who sit in the head office and create the plans. The people who are receiving benefits are receiving them still new once are being added only in the books. See any students hostel belong to tribal. Situation is pathetic. Toilets without water connection. Sewerage pipes always outside and leaking. We need to have people with common sense to fix the issues. I volunteer for tribal hostels and teach them

I think we should like place a free board outside the office of each goverment official for the people to give their feedback regarding the service they got frommt he official due to which people by themselves will try to give a proper service to the people assuming the work of goverment to be of their own...
