Sir Subject- NRI members of Parliament. As more and more Indians are living abroad it's time to have them represented in the Parliament. This can be easily done by dividing by global regions and number of citizens. This will improve India's image abroad. Countries like Greece and Italy have this systems.

Recently I watched Vajpaiji's speech on YouTube. The subject is internal security. When Mohammed Ghajani invaded India he mentioned that the responsibility to defend the contrary was given to few selected and rest of the citizens were watching on the sidelines. I think today's situation is also the same. My idea is to introduce compulsory Army service for men and women of India for at least 2years. This procedure is successfully implemented in Countries like Singapore and Israel.

sarba sikhsha abhiyan is a good project of our country and it is implemented through out of India resulting the dropout cases and increase in the literacy rates in the Tribal people. In Andaman the Adim Janajati "JARAWA" people's are demanding for school to the Gram Pradhan. It was hearing before the committee came from Delhi. Second factor is that, poor people are gradually understand that "education" is the best medicine for cure for indigence, prevention of health, and growth knowledge etc.

Language might be different-so we can rope in locals who have some school education to go individually door to door canvassing along with teachers appointed. Films showing heroes & heroines experiencing fruits of education can be screened. Volunteers from other parts of the country can be asked to perform songs, music shows and visually appealing dramas to attract them to schools. Schools should offer health drink in morning & evening, lunch in noon so that they will be wanting to come to school
