But accidentally, we are not able to reach at the expected goal. My Suggestions: provide hygienic environment where girls and their guardians can feel secure, safe and protected, attitude of teachers should be cooperative, fix some amount in name of concerned girls which should be withdrawable after attaining age of 25 years with monito

Due to the socio-economic conditions of tribals many tribal childrens dropouted from schools. There are many causes of dropout school childrens like as socio-economic conditions, school management, geographical areas, poor governments administrations etc. However respectively increase ST literacy rate after Indias freedom. Lack of folloup systems of school dropout we are not reaching to the target literacy rate. Not lack of Govt. schemes for ST literacy but lack of implementation for schemes.

To bring the changes, it is very important to create a good communication system i.e. roads, transport facilities, education, medical and social merger is needed. these trible peoples lives in very basic ancient dwellings it is good oppertunity for the Govt. to provide them with Model Villiages, with proper sanitaion and other needs. Also, to see that these peoples not used by the local corrupt, short sighted 'netas' as a vote banks, with just a 'country liqure'.

It is seen that residential schools running in tribal area are dependent on govt. grant and struggling against the poverty. These schools are having ample space to grow vegetable/food grains or other productive work for their day to day needs. One or two hours daily contribution for productive work by students and teaching non teaching staff can make miracles in this area and soften hardship facing by these tribal students.

School children can be taken on tours to tribal areas and let them mix with the children and womenfolk which might bring in change of attitude. Mothers can accompany these kids and they together can serve as brand ambassadors for the education programs. Children may act out skits on varied subjects related to schools, books, play, hobbies, craft, games etc., which might act as attractive elements so that tribal children and mothers get to know about these things & are encouraged to do so.
