Entirely agree with several suggestion to include "ethics & morality" & have higher emphasis on it. As they say "goodness is better than greatness"! Everything has become commercial, expensive schools, expensive education, race for higher marks (by hook or crook), league school - sadly leaving behind most important values of "ethics & morality" It is also equally important to have access to legal principles - as to what's legal & illegal; & realize "negligence is NOT an EXCUSE", when it's late

There is a need to introduce ethics and morality as a subject in school curriculum from primary level. A knowledge without a sense of morality produce corrupt public servants as our country does. From elementary level, there should be a practical approach of teaching this subject. As other subjects, qualifying this subject should also necessary to pass the examination. Role of morality in daily decision making will be started teaching from the elementary level. This will be proved a big step.

ethics is something that should be emphasized more in current education system. we have a rich culture wealth of education, philosophy of life etc, and as soon as they are taught in a right manner in education system, with contention of being equally important part of academics and securing good place in class, it will really help. apart from this all parts are really important and there is absolute need to make people understand the importance of there for school education of childrens.

Ethics is the urgent need of the hour.Morality is a way of life and needs to be taught to all students from an early age. All students do the morning prayers mechanically. They do not even know the meaning of the prayers they say. Yoga for better self discipline and concentration should also be made compulsory along with physical education/ games etc.

New Education Policy should drive to inculcate values in our children. With more of urbanisation & globalisation, children of current age are losing touch with core values which are vital for facing life. They need to have compulsory sessions on moral values to make them committed to self, society & country. Education policy should also be designed in such a way to develop the overall personality (mental make-up) of our children.

Ethics: Moral education must be made compulsory and should constitute something like 40% of the curriculum at least in the primary schools. This can include gender equality, environment conservation, cleanliness, and inculcating different cultural values of India Physical Education: Sports education needs enormous boost from the Govt right at the primary level. It should be treated on par with other academic subjects. Schools must ensure that students play for at least an hour everyday
