पहली कक्षा से शारीरिक शिक्षा का प्रतिदिन १ पीरियड होना चाहिए उसमे खेल, योग, ध्यान, प्राणायाम आदि सिखाना चाहिए। आज बच्चो पर पढाई का बोझ बहुत बढ़ रहा है इस कारण घर में आकर भी बच्चे खेलते नहीं है।

For physical education and life skills , education must be practical. i e lessons must be oriented on day to day activities of life. Work culture must be the basic learning method. when dignity of labour is taught , boath physical education and life skills are acquired automatically.

ethics must be drawn from yoga sastra. for this every teacher must undergo practical training in yoga sastra.

आध्यात्मिक शिक्षा और रचनात्मक शिक्षा के लिए DAV के शिक्षा संस्थानों द्वारा पढ़ाये जाने वाले विषय जैसे की वेद पाठ को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लागू करना चाहिए | इससे छात्रों को वैदिक क्रियाओं और मूल्यों के वैज्ञानिक सिद्धांत समझ आएंगे, उनका चरित्र निर्माण होगा, उन्हें अच्छे संस्कार मिलेंगे और देश के इतिहास एवं हमारे देश की संस्कृति और अच्छे तरीके से विकसित होगी |

I have seen in many high schools Ethics, Physical Education, Arts & Crafts, Life Skills have been neglected in recent past. Before 1990s, these things had lot of importance, of late only Science and Maths and scoring marks in exams is getting importance. Even parents are not demanding it, if teachers for main subjects are good. Society as a whole is now has changed as Moral Studies is not taught in schools and high-schools. Central government needs to track teachers appointed for above subjects.

Education in India is focused on mugging. The primary education consists of many stories with morals in them. We tend to neglect the morals and focus on whether the child know the poem or story by heart or not. We should instill the habit of focusing on the morals. Tests in primary education should comprise response of children to various real life situations. This would force the parents to focus on instilling the morals rather then forcing children to mug up.
