At present more engineers are unemployed. This is because of lack of practical skills.Becoming a scientist is also possible when one is equipped with practical skills.There is a requirement to put more practicals than theories.In our teaching system we follow "theory first than practical". It is to be made in reverse "practical first than theory".75% of the subject understanding will be in first stage itself. Industries should frame the syllabus for academic institutions as per their needs.

I suggest introduction of a new subject "HUMANITY' not only in primary and secondary but also in colleges.There is a great need to become a good human now. Present education leads towards becoming a robot with less characters of a good human. Let us prove human being is far better than a robot. A subject based on various moral stories can be taught by using ICT methods with high passing marks requirements than in any other subject. Many things related to practical life should be covered as few basic chapters or subjects in school education. History, geography subjects etc play least role in one's life and should be made optional. 1. Political governance & electoral system -10th class+ 2. Basic legal, police & judicial system -8th+ 3. Banking, Investment, Financing system -10th+ 4. Health management, Yoga, Naturopathy -5th+ 5. Waste management & cleanliness -5th+ 6. Cultural & regional - differences & awareness -8th

In the eduaction plan itself make ethics compulsary in every day timetable..physical education and arts etc.,alternate days...

ethics will teach students mortality,physical education,arts&crafts will refresh them so that they will learn more things,lifeskills will make them how to act according to the situtaion so that student will know how to behave in society..if a student learn it from chilhood surely he/she will become good citizen of our nation...

Ethics are nothing for most of the students. Some stupids disturb others in classes as well as outside. These students should be caught red-handed in CCTVs & accordingly warned & punished thereafter. To show-off, these stupid insult others & even teachers just to show their courage to opposite gender. Some of these don't care for studies while others study at coaching centres & disturb the classes as they have studied or will study at coaching centres.

there must be those skill taught which may help children to grow more.only educational qualifications are not wanted but the skills which help a person to grow more is needed like arts,painting,singing,playing,drawing etc.

All around development of students by curricular and co-curricular activities physical,social,mental and moral development based syllabus should be included.
