It is a matter of deep sorrow that now a days, every school / educational institution focuses on the marks / grade obtained by our kids. We, as a parent also pressurize our kids to get full marks but we never taught to our kids :- discipline, punctuality, social manners, cleanliness, traffic sense etc. Instead of pressurize our kids to obtain academic marks up to primary section, our focus should be on above mentioned issues. If today, we start, we will get results from our kids after years.

There is a nessesity to develop different types of skills in students from childhood onwards, now-a-days schools, colleges, universites, students, running back of the ranks, marks. every schools, college need to be develop skills in music,dance, karra samu, sword fight etc in students

otherwise it is very difficult to prepare records and maintaining proper discipline without second PET in over crowded schools. Regarding Art & Crafts there should be one instructor in each school.

Physical Education should be made compulsory giving due weightage in schools. PET's and PD's playing crucial role in maintaining discipline, sanitation in schools. But they are over looked due lack of weightage of marks. Every pupil studying must participate in one game and sport and such marks should be entered in ssc certificate. Such a system will bring respect to PET's & PD's. SSA Norms should be changed. If strength exceeds 400 there should be a second PET post.

Design education is a very important factor for India in the future. We need a council or a govt body to look into the future of Design Education and take steps to introduce design in the school level. All existing design schools in the private sector needs unbiased evaluation of their teaching standards, especially applied art.
