नमस्कार मोदीजी, दीपावली कि हाृदिक बधाई| आप से निवेदन की सरकारी धन का सही उपयोग के लिए खर्च कि जाने वाली राशि का हिसाब रखा जाना चाहिए जिस तरह से व्यापारि रखता है एवं हर खाते का ऑडिट होना अनिवार्य बनाए| मेरे विचार से यह एक बहुत कारगर तरीका हमारे देश के धन का समुचित उपयोग मैं लाने का एवं भृष्टाचार पर बहुत लगाम लगेगा

Dear Sir, Any Government functions with the initiative of lowest rank Govt. Employee to the highest Sarkari Officer. The entitlement of facilities for working in Govt. office are different as per his rank. The procedures are laid since the independence and most of them copied as per British bureaucracy facilitation. The British were here to rule India an dhence the facilities were provided as per rank. REal bureaucracy lies with convenient work atmosphere for all.

In India reservation has increased a lot due to this most of the people are not able to come forward.for example UGC net exam merit list is highest for the general category in comparison to others. on the one hand we talk about the independence country but on other hand we are discriminating people on the basis of reservation.We need to treat all educated people equally for identifying their talent rather than give them(reserved category)special advantage.for this our policies should modify once

Agriculture funding banks may be enticed to lend more for fertilizer/ insect planting/ irrigation/ sustainable water supply if entrepreneurs could operationally (not ownership wise) consolidate farms to increase scaled output and improve farming capacity and sophistication? Farmers could receive considerably higher fixed rental fees in return? Would such an idea be attractive to some? Consolidation takes place in most fragmented industries. Why not here? In fact here, employment could go up.

If we could barter trade food/ services for LNG, oil (don't know what to consider with electronics) from Russia, we could build our forex reserves, increase food output, create employment and hopefully find a means to scale up our farming output? Question: would farmers consider prime renting out their farms to Corps so that Corps could consolidate land across various farm owners and fund capex to improve irrigation/fertilizer/ insect plants and scale up specific crop production? For profits?

All State Governments should submit a list of all their Departments, Boards, Corporations, Universities, Public Sector Undertakings, Research Centres stating why it was formed with details of their performance, expenses incurred per year, details of foreign tours made and losses incurred till date. Whether it was formed to accommodate somebody’s kith and kin. If there is a duplication of work with two such Departments. If so they should be closed down with immediate effect.

for every unit , for every project, every scheme ,output or benefit should be quantified in money terms and should always be many times more than input expenditure .Little imagination and fore sight may be needed to do this assessment .If we do not do this nearly all the expenditure goes down the drain and no one is held responsible.We must make a change .

All the government offices whether central or state across India the superior officers must be within the vicarious liability for use of Electricity. I on my personal experience and survey seen at most custom house in Mumbai, goa and pune and in state government offices like Courts, BMC, Sales tax, etc. have seen that the Electricity is wasted even the office is not on table but he tube light, fan is on. So they should be encouraged to save Electricity, Save Energy and Save India. My Slogan is

In my view India is mother and Our Govt is her child who is running and working like a student in a school. Every 4 months, India(citizens) should get report of what our Government has done and what is the progress and what it is still lacking in. Only then we will know that the government is active. This is a better way of improving the bond betwen INDIA(citizens) and the Government.

Huge part of budget by NRHM is spent on purchase of new equipment. I suggest to setup health equipment management systems as approved in PIP 2009-10 PLAN for Chhattisgarh. Money was provided but plan was not implemented.The setup is good for the whole country. I have approved program with me.
