राष्ट्रीय ई-गवर्नेंस डिविजन ई-गवर्नेंस में शामिल हितधारकों के लिए डिजिटल भारत के प्रासंगिक और महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों पर वेबिनार के माध्यम से ज्ञान सत्र आयोजित कर रहा है। इन वेबिनार ई-गवर्नेंस परियोजनाओं, कार्यान्वयन भागीदारों, चिकित्सकों और डिजिटल इंडिया इकोसिस्टम के उपयोगकर्ताओं में शामिल सरकारी अधिकारियों के हित में होंगे। विषयों का सुझाव देने के लिए कल्पनाशील क्षेत्र हैं:

#Informationsecurity. Sir, more stringent laws needs to be enacted and strictly implemented. Offenders should be given severe punishment and hacking should be declared as non-bailable offence. At the same time, security apparutus needs to be upgraded to match the level of threats that is increasing everyday. Breach of information security must be considered as a serious threat to life, property and security of the citizens and also to the national integrity, security and defence.

#Information security. Sir, information security is a big concern as lot of information gets leaked or get accessed by unauthorized persons who hack the security of information for their ulterior motives. Cyber attacks are becoming more and more frequent and also more lethal. CERT needs to be furhter strengthened and upgraded to protect information from being accessed by hackers who are also innovative and come up with new security challenges.

Hon. PM has great vision and concept of digital India schemes, there are so many areas in which the digital schemes or digitisation has been implemented, but, there are some key area, where it is very essential to implement such concept at grass root level, In many govt. offices, CCTV camara has been implemented including police station and court,but, Income tax department and other taxation department e.i. service tax, excise, customs etc. office requires CCTV camara watch, best wishes

माननीय महोदय जी , भारत के लोगो का सवास्थ आई. डी. बनाने हेतु अनुरोध आज पुरे भारत देश में हर व्यक्ति की अलग -अलग आई. डी. बनाई जा रही है जैसे समग्र आई.डी. , आथार कार्ड , आदि पर सवास्थ के लिए कोई आई.डी. नही है. ना कोई डाटा है देश के पास जिससे पता किया जा सके की.. किसी गाँव में किस का क्या ब्लड ग्रुप है. किसे क्या बीमारी है . देश में बच्चो को क्या बीमारी है . किस का क्या इलाज पहले हुआ है. किस बच्चे को कितने टिके लगे है.. आदि....

Staffs will sustain performance if they are managed well. It allows them to correct unacceptable behaviour and maintain good conduct in the public. It’s not just STAFF DISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT, but a POSITIVE DISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT. The purpose of discipline is correct behaviour. It is not designed to punish or embarrass an employee. The public can give a negative or positive points and reviews based on his experience he gets from the Government Employee. The positive ranking of reviews and stars will be converted as incentives and bonus for the staff. Public engagement leads to performance appraisal and motivation. Incentive will lead to proper behaviour and good manners. Page 7
