भोले-भाले उपभोक्ता भ्रामक विज्ञापनों के झांसे में आकर विभिन्न गोलियां/अनुपूरक आहार, गोरा करने वाली क्रीम इत्यादि उत्पाद खरीद लेते हैं जो अक्सर घटिया और स्वास्थ के लिए हानिकारक होते हैं। नई दिल्ली में स्थित भारत सरकार का उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय स्व-शासन और राज्य के पुलिस विभाग की सक्रिय भागीदारी के बिना भ्रामक विज्ञापन के दुष्प्रभावों को कम नहीं कर सकता है। इन प्राधिकारियों से अपेक्षित है कि वह इन भ्रामक विज्ञापनों को रोकने के लिए कुछ ठोस कदम उठायें एवं भ्रामक विज्ञापनदाता अपने आप या फिर स्वैच्छिक उपभोक्ता संगठनों द्वारा सतर्क किए जाने पर इसे हटायें।

राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय स्व-शासन और पुलिस भ्रामक विज्ञापनों के खिलाफ कैसे प्रभावी कदम उठा सकती है, इससे संबंधित सुझाव दें।

Internet: why cont we do like Internet filter at main level like Dubai Arab countries that is no Porn sites and pictures on internet . Interment protocol networking main terminal only we can do filter .. And many websites send all spam and links and most of the people dot know how to lock , and also PC and laptop and Mobiles when comoNies manufacturing time it self they should keep system in family mode then send it to market . Buying time patents give it and some people don't know how to lock

Govt Hispitals Bation wide: we are paying Lakaha of rupees for doctors salaries and staff nurse and others Abbas medicine will be not there and doctors also just sit there and they opens clinics morning one place and evening one place and full of cash. BUT PUBLIC LIFE AND IT S MAIN INTENTUON OF GOVT HOSPITALS ?

First all telecom service providers must be advised not to disclose their customers mobile numbers to third parties. Many telemarketing agents sends bulk misleading SMS like Prize winning in Lottery. Police must provide a separate website to report such misleading SMS and Emails and they must take sincere efforts to track those criminals and punish them severely. All mobile operators must be strongly insisted by TRAI to implement DND facility to those who have registered their number in 1909.

More then six months have passed when the present government took over at the centre and the Prime Minister has tried his best to give the officers a message but as it is said old habits die hard. So strict action needs to be enforced on officers/officials showing laxity in performance of defined duties.

State Govt as well as Centre Govt should have their seperate machinery to review the misleading adviertisements in Print Media, Electronic Media as well as in Social Media on daily basis. The machinery should also coordinate with civil society as well as Local Police for investigation. The Machinery should also have judicial power like consumer forum to impose penaly on the advertisers. As far as the Police is concerned they should also change their attitude so that more and more people come and help them in investigation.

सबसे पहली बात की तीनों का आपसी सामंजस्य अच्छी तरह मिलना चाहिए। अगर लोकल सरकार कुछ केंद्र को बताती है तो उसे नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए और यही बात लोकल और पुलिस के उपर भी लागू होती है की वो भी केंद्र की बातों की अनदेखी न करे। और कोशिश करें की एसी नौबत आने से पहले ही उसे कण्ट्रोल में कर लिया जाए। और इसके लिए एक मजबूत ख़ुफ़िया तंत्र बनाया जाना चाहिए ताकि समाज में अगर ऐसी गलतफहमियां पैदा हो तो इसे समय रहते रोका जा सके। और इसके लिए लोकल सरकार को चाहिए की जनता को सरकार और पुलिस में विश्वास हो ऐसा काम करे
