Suggesting:- Kejrisaab says, quitting Delhi Govt. was a mistake. He wants people to pardong his mistakes and he chases other leaders for nonmistakes. How is it acceptable ? He made an expensive and acrimonious Delhi Election 2013, NULL AND VOID due his childish ambition to become PM of India. He cant run a small office. He is quarrelsome and accuses others without proof.Delhi people should be made aware of this obstinate incompetent man who can damage India beyond repair.

Nobody wants to do such a job in today's world. Manual scavengers don't do it out of their will, it's because in most cases they don't have a choice. Lack of availability of public toilets (read clean toilets)and waste management practices and mechanisms is definitely an obstacle to eliminate this practice. But more importantly, the lack of an alternate employment opportunity forces these people to continue with this age long practice. Social entrepreneurship comes to the rescue at this point.

Human being deserves better treatment and equality. If work can be done in mechanized way, then our policy makers must makes the means available ASAP. We just need to study the ways western countries address the problem, then we can alter and adopt to our needs. Its time to work so our next generation can also be proud to live in developed India.

A) Absence of basic amenities-when house itself is not a reality, a sanitary toilets are beyond their imagination. B) Even if toilets are provided under some scheme, no one is ensuring water availability - hence it become unusable c) In my opinion, the Indian Railways should think how to change the current toilet system - even if we improve all other place, Railways current system is inhuman. d) Non-availability of mechanized system to handle these cleaning e) Rehabilitation of Manual scavengers
