Road toll should be ban in India

When I tried to dispose off the packet of one food item I did not find a dustbin up to 1.5 km distance I walked in Delhi NCR. If this is the state of affairs, how can the dream of clean India come true. MCD need to pull up shocks to comply with PM instructions to ensure that the nice ideas are implemented on grounds properly and it puts dustbin at every 500 meters across the city. MCD please do it to make the dream of NAMO and Gandhi to come true. Please put dustbin at every 500 meters in city.
