Medium Small scale entrepreneur Industries contribute largest to GDP. They have talent & drive but lack managerial talent. They take loans from banks to expand. Banks should give them finance but not as loan but participate in their equity and management like they do in Germany. German Banks do not have any NPAs. Banks get an exit rout for business minded staff and industry benefits by financial talent input. Collusion of corrupt bank staff is eliminated industry grows without NPAS.

i have one question to ask.why do we have the board indian toilet in public toilets.why are we happy to use india to identify a toilet.is it proper.when we have given no thought about it how can we think of a swachha bharat.we should have swachha education system, swachha way of thoughts, swachha way of competition,swachha way of living,swachha way of thinking for others whether parents,elders relatives friends society,most important a swachha way of understanding the simple rules of social life

We would like to draw your kind attention that in all most Government Sector including PSU, Non - Officer employees after confirmation do not wish to work since they think that they are non – officer i.e. Labour so they do not need to work and they are the persons of Labour Union and as per Government Policy they can not be transferred. Due to this mentality, the work culture of non officer is very bad in all Government Sector including PSUs which ultimately affect the performance of our country

SIR YET HERE ARE SOME NOBLE HEARTS THAT ARE TRYING TO HELP IN BRINGING THE LIVES OF THE SCAVENGERS OUT OF THE DARKNESS OF THE DIRTY CONDITIONS IN WHICH THEY ARE LIVING BUT SIR MY REAL QUESTION IS FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHICH ARE DOING DISCRIMINATION WITH THESE SCAVENGERS THAT AREN'T THEY LIVING HUMAN BEINGS LIKE US ,DON'T THEY HAVE RIGHTS FROM NATURE AND OUR CONSTITUTION LIKE US ?

SIR IN OUR WHERE EVER THE SCAVENGERS ARE LIVING RIGHT NOW I HAVE SEEN THAT THERE ARE NEITHER THE SERVICE OF DRINKING WATER NOR OF SANITARY SERVICES SIR THESE PEOPLE ARE LIVING IN SUCH CONDITIONS IN WHICH IT IS HARD TO SURVIVE EVEN FOR THE ANIMALS . EVEN SIR IN THE HOSPITALS THE DOCTORS WHO ARE SAID TO BE THE SAVIORS OF LIFE THEY ALSO DON'T WANT TO DO TREATMENT OF THE SCAVENGERS BY SAYING THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE DIRTY SIR YET IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE BUT IT IS TRUE

SIR THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IN ELIMINATING THE MANUAL SCAVENGING IS THE LOW THINKING OF PEOPLE .IN OUR TEMPLES THE SCAVENGERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE BLESSINGS OF GODS , IN OUR SCHOOLS STUDENTS AND EVEN THE TEACHERS WHO ARE SAID TO BE THE MAKER OF THE LIFE OF STUDENT AND THE GUIDE OF THEIR LIFE THEY ALSO DO DISCRIMINATION WITH THE SCAVENGERS . AFTER THAT THE SCAVENGERS HAVE NO OTHER OPTION OTHER THAN THE SCAVENGING BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION AFTER SUCH SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT OF LOW THINKING
