Digitizing & making 100% transparent, the full life cycle of planning & implementation of every govt budgets(Central/State/Panchayat) can really empower youth. This will be really transformational as PM says.Ongoing budgets also we can do like this.Already our Computer Science graduates are unable to find jobs.So that whether the incoming & outgoing money of the govts are happening properly or not, every citizen can understand.Hence we can achieve zero corruption rate & almost 100% Democracy.

Presently, all bachelor degrees and post graduate degrees holders are not eligible for appearing for civil services exams held by UPSC. The government should remove all such hurdles and allow every graduate or post graduate in every discipline to be eligible for appearing for civil services exams held by UPSC.

The Delhi Government has gone to the town propagating that the Central Government is creating hurdles in its works of public interests by returning 14 Bills "passed" by the Delhi Assembly. While indulging in its act of self-eulogizing, the Delhi Government is feigning ignorance as to why the said Bills have been returned. ACTUALLY,DELHI GOVERNMENT THINKS THAT IT,CAN PULL WOOL OVER THE EYES OF THE PEOPLE OF DELHI OF ITS REAL INTENTIONS OF MINIMUM "DONE", MAXIMUM DRAMA.

Strange is the logic of Delhi Government. It is functioning ignoring the well-established conventions guiding its relationship with the Central Government. And, then blames the latter for its non-performance. The recent instance is "passing" of 14 Bills by Delhi Assembly putting aside the well-laid down procedure, sending them to the Central Government. NOW, DELHI GOVERNMENT IS ON ITS PATH, NOW WELL KNOWN TO THE PEOPLE, OF BLAMING THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DELHI GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO COME OF AGE.
