Tribal or ancient cultures and festivals can only be saved by countering westernism which people follow more than their own culture and tradition. Using local languages , myths and stories arouses patriot like feelings towards own culture and protecting different tribes from leaving villages and providing good facility and livelihood their. Also promoting and ensuring to save culture by not mixing cultures and peoples of two different areas. Even after doing this a group`s culture can only be protected by protecting it from other culture and modernisation.

My idea to promote India's heritage and culture to the world is As we know India is hostile g20 Presidency now. My Suggestion is to make a book (Fully colourfull and some QR code in mid of pages . The QR scan take to a beautiful website that contain all information related topic in a animated way) Book Content-- India's underrated historical site with archeological Evidence in a Animated 3d colorfull way so they attract peoples Book Distribution-- Book distributed to People who come in G20 as a gift so they can better know about India from a reliable book not from internet surfing BOOK SHOULD BE PRINTED IN HIGH QUALITY PAPER WITH MODERATE WIDTH BUT LOT OF INFORMATION IN COMPILED WAY.

There are many lesser known festivals which only some people celebrate in India. Like Christmas and good Friday is very less known festival. This festival is not celebrated for Jesus Christ but only for santa claus gifts ,decorations in malls only. Why this so. If everyone can celebrate DIWALI then why can't everyone celebrate CHRISTMAS. I want everyone to celebrate this festival with joy. If there is Unity in India then why this happens. I will be grateful if everyone celebrates every festival. Thanks.

In the utsav website, we can have a mega calendar which will show us every festival, be it local to a village or a big festival. We can involve CBSE also to ask the schools to make the students aware about these festivals. We can also pair up states (which we did for EBSB ), where the people of a state will become aware of every festival of their pair state. We can also ask the local governing bodies (panchayat, MCD, etc) to publicise these festivals.

Our India is a country of festivals. It is a hub of different cultures. To the viewpoint of the topic,in our country their are many festivals either they are national, based on freedom fighters or etc...... But if we gave holidays in memory of freedom fighters or for festivals than holidays will increase... So we should celebrate festivals in our schools, colleges... Their are many festivals/fairs based on freedom fighters....but some freedom fighters who want really big fairs are lesser known...like our great freedom fighter sardar kartar Singh sarabha ji who was hanged in 17-18 years who was the role model for Shaheed Bhagat Singh ji... but we forgot them... and many more who are lesser known but conquer great achievements,we should not ignore them In PANJAB (Unofficially) punjab(officialy) our great personalities who gone suddenly from us we should also held fair for them...like SIDHU MOOSEWALA, DEEP SIDHU,SANDEEP NANGAL AMBIYAN... etc government should also gave justice to them#

It should be made compulsory to celebrate in schools with essay/poster competition and same to be awarded and communicated to Government agency as only the youths and upcoming generation can preserve our culture and traditions. Also with children's, parents also will get a hang of it regularly.
