भारत सरकार ने भारतीय खाद्य निगम की परिचालन क्षमता और वित्तीय प्रबंधन की प्रक्रिया में सुधार लाने के लिए उसके पुनर्नवीकरण हेतु माननीय संसद सदस्य श्री शांता कुमार की अध्यक्षता में उच्च स्तरीय समिति (एचएलसी) का गठन किया है जिसमें कई अनुभवी व्यक्तियों और विशेषज्ञों को शामिल किया गया है।

भारत सरकार द्वारा उच्च स्तरीय समिति के गठन और उसके कार्यक्षेत्र से संबंधित जानकारी एफसीआई की वेबसाइट www.fciweb.nic.in पर उपलब्ध कराई गई है।

भारतीय खाद्य निगम के पुनर्नवीकरण के लिए आम जनता सहित खाद्य प्रबंधन, कृषि, भंडारण, वेयरहाउसिंग, आपूर्ति श्रृंखला और रसद के क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रहे पेशेवरों, शिक्षाविदों, वैज्ञानिकों, गैर सरकारी संगठनों / संस्थाओं, स्वयं सहायता समूहों, सहकारी समितियों, किसान निकायों / संघों, चावल / आटा मिल के मालिकों, हैंडलिंग और परिवहन ठेकेदारों, सरकारी निकायों इत्यादि हितधारकों के सुझाव आमंत्रित किये गए हैं।

देश में न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य को बनाए रखने, भंडारण और खाद्यान्न के वितरण एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा प्रणालियों में भारतीय खाद्य निगम की भूमिका में किए जाने वाले परिवर्तन के लिए भी सुझाव आमंत्रित है।

देश में खाद्यान्न की आपूर्ति श्रृंखला के एकीकरण, भंडारण के लिए सबसे कारगर मॉडल और वाहनों की ट्रैकिंग सहित अनाजों के परिचालन के लिए न्यूनतम लागत वाले विकल्पों से संबंधित सुझाव दें।

वैज्ञानिक भंडारण और खाद्यान्न प्रबंधन हेतु प्रौद्योगिकी के उन्नयन के लिए भी उपयुक्त मॉडल सुझाएँ।

Sir, as part of swachh bharat, cleaning in our villege is piling up of garbages in a particular place and make our place of residence and road look neat and clean. But there is no proper place for disposal of garbage. But in urban areas under municipality, garbage collection van collects garbages for either recycling or proper disposal whereas in our villege under panchayat, such system is not known. Kindly do something so that collected grabages can be either properly disposed of or recycled.

Food wastage is a big loss to the nation. Prepared food from the functions is wasted in crores in India and abroad.If government can set up a thousand square feet cold storage centers for receiving and storing 4 to 5 items of left out prepared food from functions( such as Roti,rice,sambar,curds and sabji), it will be of great help to those in need of food. Nearby charity organizations ,Old people can come to the centers nearby and have food free of cost.Better than giving subsidy. Am I right?

Is make in india only for big people. How can small scale industry grow in india when vat officer send u a notice of 13000 for late filling of 0RS. (ZERO RS) VAT RETURN. WHEN A VAT OFFICER COME TO UR OFFICE AND SAYS WHY HAVE U NOT KEPT THE STOCK AND ON SAYING THAT WE SALE ONLINE AND WHEN ORDER COME WE PURCHASE AND SEND SO WE NOT NEED TO KEEP THE STOCK. WHICH RESULTS INTO NOTICE. HOW WILL INDIA BE MAKE IN INDIA WHEN THEIR IS CORRUPTION ON EACH AND EVERY CHAIR

For Make In India It is Very Necessary to Establish "Central Tax Advisory Center" so that foreign investor can obtain all type of applicable tax advice and follow so that they can save themselves from interest and penalty levied to them due to some inappropriate advice obtained from BIG 4 firm like PWC KPMG Deloitee and E & Y. It is always seen that these BIG 4 give advice alongwith disclaimer and this advice is also not binding on tax department and many MNC is getting huge tax penalty due to

Logistic expenses to be kept to minimum. Develop cellular Model; Proper first come first out management with graphic representation and warnings. New and proper warehouses with modern stacking facilities. Reduce wastage, pilferage and huge overhead expenses. Feel free to contact me if required

sir for stopped fully black marketing of foodgrains through technology You need to support our FPS HODERS Too. because they are a last link of ur supply chain between FCI to BENEFICIARY. they are also suffer for leakages and corrupt system of FCI and F & S DEPT. they want to distribute full Qty of commodity to the beneficiary but the system doesnt want to do same. PAY FOR HIM FOR HIS DUTY ATLEAST A fix 3RD CLASS Central govt employee salary and rent of godown, electricity bill and a Helper.

sir for restructuring of FCI is a better step for secure and successfull food security. for food for all programme govt has need to doveloped state food godown for pds seperately(SFG). For help of IT tecnology end to end computerization of FCI TO SFG TO FPS TO beneficiary A supply chain has been strong and stopped the leakages of foodgrains. Govt also check & use FPS godowns through it system like whenever godowns are empty govt need to restore foodgrains accordingly for open market sale also.
