यद्यपि, साक्षरता दरों में काफी वृद्धि हुई है, तथापि साक्षरता में जेंडर, सामाजिक और क्षेत्रीय असमताएं बनी हुई हैं। साक्षरता स्तरों में ये उपलब्धिैयां, प्रौढ़ शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों की सफलता और प्राथमिक शिक्षा में सुधारों के कारण हुई है। तथापि, प्रौढ़ शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों और मुक्त शिक्षा प्रणालियों की पहल के जरिए सामाजिक रूप से लाभवंचित वर्गों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले व्यक्तियों की साक्षरता स्तरों में वृद्धि करने की और अधिक आवश्यकता है। इस प्रकरण में यह राय प्राप्ति करने का प्रयास किया गया है कि हम, साक्षरता स्तरों में मौजूदा असमताओं को कम करने के लिए और अधिक प्रगति के लक्ष्य को कैसे प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

After the abolision of Matriculation the standard of education has come down miserably ,, instead of boosting the state board standard the Matric standard has been pulled down we .failed to educate the morality in our students ,, “EVEN IF THE BOOK IS GIVEN THEY WILL NOT COPY “And adding to the pain the publication of text books ,, so many mistakes ,, I can point out ,, but in common question paper too ,, they escape saying it is clerical error ,, but it spoils the entire next generation

The then PM expressed his desire at ISI Kolkata in 2006 that like IITs & IIMs, the elite academic cradle ISI should be set up in each state.He also opined that ISI should be handed over to the union Human Resources Development Department, by taking it out of the ministry of statistics, Govt. of India, New Delhi.For expeditious expansion plan ISI requires sufficient financial support which can only be provided through the union HRD & UGC.Only one year certificate course is taught in Giridih.

The mission is great ,but the condition of primary, intermediate ,graduate education in U.P.is on ventilator ,leaving apart students from missionary, saraswati vidyamandir, and few private schools promoted by educational societies in cities ,Rest of the condition of govt schools, aided schools , and others are in pathetic position in terms of student numbers ,in many cases the salary to teaching staff and other supporting staff is payed without reviewing the results &performance.

Sir to accelarate rural literacy through NOPsystem the no of study centers and communication facility will b developed first. If some extra scholarship given to them then they should attract toward education. In NOSsystem if the age limit lyk a obstacle should be relaxed then more r benified." Sabki sath sabki bikash" not achived bythe developement of SC,ST,OBC,MINORITY but all religion and casts.

The Students studing +2 books needs to be provided with Career Graph (colleges,university along with contact details address and phone numbers ,course details)for each subjects in the last pages for each subject like English,Physics,Chemistry,Biology,History,Computer science also corresponding subject teachers needs to explain the carrer that student can make with respective subject which will create awareness to students while deciding their career for their future.

Maths to be taught in the form of game, vaidik maths, simple shortcuts, useful tips, practical examples in which they are accustomed viz if 20 bigha land is divided to 4 brothers, how much land each will get? Quoting agri-terminology will make them interested and will understand quickly. Moreover, such thing will be useful to them
