There are several challenges preventing India’s rural masses specially poor people from competing in the modern market, such as the lack of formal education and marketable skills. Government may bridge this gap by funding training projects bench marked to global standards, with an emphasis on placement, retention, career progression and foreign placement etc.

My story might not be overwhelming but definitely it has given a new direction to my life. I study in Lonavala and parents live in Mumbai. On weekends I visit home. I see a poor women with her baby girl child begging on the streets. My daddy gives me money to travel and he gives me the amount required to book in a luxurious AC Volvo bus ticket. And without his knowledge I book ticket of government buses and saved some money and I gave that money to the lady. I was satisfied to see that the lady

enough money had been already spent to achieve literacy goal now its time to stop institutional spending on this, what we can do is to create a chain of literacy by encouraging the already literate people to make the remaining literate. For this we only need awareness programme.

We should connect all adults living in an area to schools, where they can learn, teach and discuss. It would strengthen the bond between student, teacher and parent which is the backbone of all education. Schools must be seen as no less than a place of worship!

We have a rich educational culture with history of more than 5000 yrs, foreign students are taking interest in studying our great Hindu culture which has amazing yogic and vedic background. Wish that the course of spiritual powers of mantras be introduced to the new generation and everyone explores and enlighten themselves from this study. It's awe inspiring how our ancestors got to know about the cosmic power and introduced AUM ऊॅ which is basically sound of sun humming through ages!

Berth allocation for reserved passengers should be done only at the time of chart preparation using a specially developed software where priorities are allocated to senior citizens and ladies with small children etc. With all data in computer, such a software can be easily developed. Passengers to be informed of their berth/compartment by SMS. This will solve many problems like senior citizens getting upper berths, families getting separated etc.
