I recently visited Puri by booking a tour package, IRCTC rail tourism. The main issue is the kind of response we receive from Rail tourism co-ordinator. You do not feel they are providing service, rather a favor given to us. The same indifferent attitude is visible at the hotels which we visited , when we mention that we came in IRCTC tour package . Change in attitude is real need at the grassroot level ,to improve tourism. Good customer service is key .
