When people began burrning large amount of coal and oil,the amount of carbon dioxide in the earth atmosphere has increased by nearly 30% and average global temperature appears to have risen. Honorable PM Modiji, We are requesting to quash/amend item 10 b of UGC 18th July, 2018 regulations for counting private university faculty's previous experience as it is a known fact that most of the private universities (more than 95%) do not follow the pay scale rules recommended by the state/central government as they incur huge expenses/to reduce tax and may not be possible for them to run the institution/University. Furthermore, these UGC guidelines also abstain meritorious candidates from working in reputed National level Universities/Foreign Universities where the pay scale is different. If not possible enact a stringent law/circular so that none of the private Universities/Institution torture the prospective meritorious faculty by not giving the pay scale as per government norms.

Sir, being an employee of VRDL scheme of ICMR/DHR, which was instrumental in the tracking, testing and mapping of the covid virus in the country, we still are receiving consolidated wages inspite of working emergency hours and handling hazardous substances. If there was any mechanism to make the duration of contractual employees service period of VRDL, till 60 years of thieir age, with increments like the contractual employees of NACO or NHM receives and PF deduction and a more centralized control, we would be really grateful. We have grown into this job, by serving in the sector for the past 6 -7 years, and would like to contribute more.

महोदय , मे रवि जैन ,37 वर्ष जो कि निवाई टोंक जिले राजस्थान से हूँ | मे आपको वरिष्ठ नागरिकों से संबंधित एक सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ |आजकल के एकाकी जीवन मे वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के बारे मे भी सरकार को सोचना होगा , उनके जीवन यापन के लिए नहीं बल्कि उनके समय के सदुपयोग के बारे मे | महोदय जब भी मेरी किसी वरिष्ठ नागरिक से बात होती हैं तो वो कहते हैं कि सेवानिव्रती के बाद हम क्या करें और इसी सोच मे कभी कभी ये लोग उदासी मे चले जाते हैं | क्यों न सरकार इसमे एक कदम आगे बड़ाएँ , हम वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए सेवा केंद्र खोल सकते हैं जहां वे एक लाइब्रेरी का उपयोग कर सकें , उसमे एक सत्संग हॉल हो जहां वो एकत्र होकर भगवान को याद कर सकें , एक कला केंद्र हो जहां वो कुछ सिख सकें औरसबसे बड़ी बात उनके उम्र के लोग एक जगह एकत्र होकर देश के बारे मे सोच सकें |हम इन लोगों का भी देश को आगे बड़ाने मे योगदान ले सकते हैं जिससे ये लोग अपने अगले पड़ाव को आसानी से पूरा कर सकें | महोदय ये बहुत सोचनीय विषय हैं जिस पर सरकार को ध्यान जरूर देना चाहियें |

Dear Respected PM Sir, Since last few years, it has been observed that some states put bann on fire crackers on the ocassion of Diwali but other states allow the same. And verdict of Courts are also different for different states. On the other hand some states fix up standards on the quality of fire crackers. Overall there is no uniformity in the country on fire crackers. I would requests you to put a uniformity in law for fire crackers in the country either by enacting law or through ordinance. So there is no confusion prevails in the country. And I would also request not to put complete ban of fire crackers.
