Farmers mostly depend upon rain for Kharif crops. They don't go for back up plan. They use less water they have to grow vegetables and completely neglects the kharif crops. Awareness necessary to utilize minimum water for maximum crops.

Equal distribution of water for all farmers. Those cane farmers need more water as compared to crops in Kharif season.

There should be government subsidy on seeds for farming in Kharif season.

There is no fixed rate for cereals produced during Kharif season. Fix the rate.

A record should be maintained at Panchayat level about production of different crops in Kharif season.

Sir, in my opinion IEC committee should visit in villages and make people aware aware about how they can sell their kharif crop in a easy way and can apply to get timely their money. One more thing about which the should be awared that I have seen the farmers who have facility of irrigation they sow the paddy in kharif season but who does not have irrigation facility they even does not cultivate in kharif season so they should be advised to sow crops like maize, sorghum, etc. through which they can get better returns.

Dear sir Find out in how much area particular crop is produced and we in how much quantity it is produced. Find out what is the requirements of particular crop for Indian people's if some crop production is less in quantity then direct the agricultural officers to go to farmer's and very friendly implement the schemes of increasing the particular crop. we must bring our India in such a position that we must export the agricultural products not import anything.

Dear Sir First identify real farmer and then give them all facilities. Start monthly payments for the farmer. Automatically young generation will turn towards farming. More production more payment policy must be used. Falicitate farmers by the hands of honourable Prime Minister and chief minister of states Arrange Krishi melava at village level and select 10 farmer's from each village and give them opportunity to take part in taluka level and process continue till District state and national level Send agricultural officers to the feild. most of the agricultural officers are doing their duties by sitting in AC cabin. All agricultural staff from peon to officers must be possessed at least 1 acre to 5acre of agricultural land. If any farmer loss their crops then immediately Govt has to pay approximately half of the damage crop amount. Farmers must live happily then only our Indian people will live happily.
